Dr. Sansone is the Executive Vice President for the Joseph C. Sansone Company and provides a wide range of management experience in various industries - manufacturing, education, and health care. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Sansone was Administrative Director of inpatient and outpatient clinical services at a 900 - bed medical center for 13 years. She began her career as Plant Operator for an automotive related manufacturing company eventually managing all phases of the company's operations as Director of Operations.
Dr. Sansone has Masters degrees in Education, and Psychology and a doctorate degree in Policy Analysis and Public Administration. In addition, she has received state and national certifications in education, psychology, as well as Diplomate Status fom the American Psychotherapy Association.

As Senior Director of Real Estate Services, David directs the day-to-day technical functions of the real property tax division and is responsible for all levels of appeals of the department including various State Tax Commissions. David has a vast array of experience in both real estate and personal property cases and his 20+ year career with the Company serves him well in his role. David is recognized for his ability to work together with assessment communities to reach amicable settlements benefiting both the taxpayer and community at both the local and state board level of appeal.
During David's tenure with the Joseph C. Sansone Company, he has negotiated tax settlements with numerous taxing jurisdictions for a multitude of property types specializing in commercial and office properties. This has produced millions of dollars in tax savings to Joseph C. Sansone clients, across multiple jurisdictions including, Missouri, Maryland and Connecticut just to name a few.
David has a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Mathematics (Statistics) from Northeast Missouri State University and has completed extensive real estate coursework through the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. In addition, David is certified in Indiana to handle property tax appeals.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph C. Sansone, founder of the Joseph C. Sansone Company, originally Property Tax Research. Joe founded the firm in 1972 and successfully ran the Company for over 40+ years. His knowledge, presence and kindheartedness will be missed throughout the Company and community. Joe (along with his wife, Carlotta) were very active and generous in supporting many charitable causes within the local area and nationally.
Within the Property Tax Industry, Joe was a pioneer and titan. Joe was honored as Missouri Assessor of the Decade. He was the past President and Vice President of the Missouri Assessors Association. During his career he served as a Director for the International Association of Assessing Officers and was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to represent the state in the National Tax Association. As a Senior Member, he participated in the Tax Institute of America, National Tax Association, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and American Society of Appraisers. He was a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation f/k/a Institute of Property Taxation.

As the Director of Sales, Kelly is a dynamic leader who works hands on with her team to ensure that our clients and prospects understand the value and differences of Joseph C. Sansone's services. With an extensive background in commercial real estate in multiple property types, Kelly has the ability to understand the challenges of our clients while delivering services that can reduce operating expenses. Over the past 5 years, Kelly has been responsible for the growth and development of several of the company's key focus markets.
Prior to joining Sansone, Kelly held senior leasing and sales positions at Cullinan Properties, Desco Group and Novus Development.

Mark has recently joined the Joseph C. Sansone Company to establish a Customer Experience organization aimed at ensuring our customer's experience through the appeal process is a positive one. Mark has over 25 years of customer service management experience focusing on building and developing teams who are passionate about providing a great customer experience.
Prior to joining the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mark held increasingly responsible Service Management positions at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions, Thomson Reuters and Edward Jones. Mark obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Chapman University.

Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Team, building the environment and team from the ground up. Mike has built a software development environment using industry "Best Practices" with "Lean" processing principles in mind. Mike's extensive experience in the software development, database management, information security, and data warehousing fields, along with his diverse business knowledge has allowed the IT team to deliver solutions that push the Joseph C. Sansone Company ahead in the fields of information and data.
Prior to joining the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike held increasingly responsible positions with Mitchell Humphrey & Company (an accounting software company) based in St. Louis MO, Spectrum Healthcare Services based in St. Louis MO, and Fiserv Inc (a global leader in financial services technology solutions) based in Brookfield, WI.
Mike holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, with a Minor in Mathematics and emphasis in Business from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Zeke Sansone is the Chief Executive Officer of the Joseph C. Sansone Company. Zeke is a "hands-on" leader, and has been instrumental in the Company's successful core market strategy. Prior to his current role he was the Vice President, Property Tax which affords him a wide variety of technical knowledge from which every client benefits.
Mr. Sansone has a vast amount of experience representing clients across the United States, in a wide variety of industries and property types. He works closely with current and potential clients in identifying and solving their assessment issues.
Zeke has a Bachelor of Science in Valuation Sciences and more than 15 years experience in the ad valorem tax field. He regularly testifies before County and State Boards on behalf of Joseph C. Sansone clients.
