Jeremy Lancaster has decades of professional experience in manufacturing, EHS (envi ronmental, health, safety), and process safety management. He has worked both nationally and internationally, most recently with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in implementing safety programs, driving the success of several process, environmental, and productivity milestones. He looks forward to contributing his wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position at Spear & Lancaster.
Both Jerome and Jeremy look forward to the bright future ahead for Spear & Lancaster, including being better positioned to provide clients with expert consulting to keep businesses and their processes safe.

J.E. Spear Consulting, LP provides industrial hygiene (IH), safety, and environmental consulting services. We also provide forensic services as a consulting expert and/or an expert witness. Types of forensic cases include personal injury and/or property damages related to toxic substances, asbestos-related illnesses, industrial accidents, injuries and fatalities, and OSHA matters.
Jerome Spear has served as President of JE Spear Consulting for nearly 20 years. Jerome has extensive experience in providing industrial hygiene (IH), safety, and environmental consulting services, including serving as an expert witness. He is excited to welcome Jeremy Lancaster onboard to the team, not only as a friend and follower of Christ, but also as an experienced safety consultant.
