Charles Huzenis

Mr. Huzenis has been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Shortly after acquiring his real estate license, Mr. Huzenis, along with his brother Harry, started Jameson Realty Group. Founded in 1982, Jameson Realty Group grew from a traditional storefront brokerage into one of the city's foremost representatives of developers of both new construction and renovation projects. The company has been responsible for successfully marketing over 300 condominium development projects. As part of the strategic planning process for Jameson Realty Group, Mr. Huzenis was instrumental in a 2008 merger of the firm to create Jameson Real Estate, LLC. Subsequent to the merger, the firm grew over 250%. Mr. Huzenis continues to be a partner in Jameson Real Estate and is a member of Jameson's advisory board. During his career, Charles has been responsible for overseeing $16 billion in sales and $1 billion in project development. JRG Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates, which are controlled by Mr. Huzenis and his brother, Harry, have been active in numerous partnerships and joint ventures. They have converted thousands of condominiums and built townhouses, mid-rises, and high-rises, along with the development of retail and office space. In addition to its development activities, JRG Capital Partners is active in the acquisition of opportunistic and value added assets including retail, land and industrial for its core portfolio of real estate. Mr. Huzenis is a Board Member of the Charitable Council at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a Board Member of Chicago City Day School. He is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Lincoln Park Builders Club. In 2005, he was honored by the State of Israel Bonds and was also a recipient of the Lincoln Park Builders Impact Award. In 2007, Charley was the recipient of the prestigious Arthur Rubloff Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Chicago Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League. Mr. Huzenis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 1974. He and his wife, Deirdre, reside in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood.

Cheri Grossman

Ms. Grossman is responsible for acquiring investments in real estate and debt for JRG Capital Partners, LLC. From 2003 to 2009, Cheri Grossman was the Regional Director of Investments at Wrightwood Capital. Ms. Grossman was responsible for the origination of structured debt for value-creation opportunities throughout the Midwest and Texas. In addition, Ms. Grossman was responsible for Wrightwood Capital's national self storage platform. Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital in 2003, she was a Regional Director at GE Real Estate in Chicago responsible for originating structured and fixed-rate debt throughout the Midwest. From 1987 to 2000, Ms. Grossman was employed by Heller Financial's Commercial Real Estate Division where she held numerous positions including Managing Director, Syndications; Senior Credit Officer; and Midwest Region Manager. From 1984 to 1987, she began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG in Chicago. Ms. Grossman is a member of the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP, ULI, and CREW Chicago. Ms. Grossman received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduating with honors.

Harry Huzenis

As part of the strategic planning process for Jameson Realty Group, Mr. Huzenis was instrumental in a 2008 merger of the firm to create Jameson Real Estate, LLC. Subsequent to the merger, the firm grew over 250%. Mr. Huzenis continues to be a partner in Jameson Real Estate and is a member of Jameson's advisory board. JRG Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates, which are controlled by Mr. Huzenis and his brother, Charley, have been active in numerous partnerships and joint ventures. Mr. Huzenis' reputation of hard work, dedication and fairness permeates all aspects of his professional life and is a benchmark of his success. He serves on the board of the Roosevelt University School of Real Estate and the board of Jewish Children & Family Services. Mr. Huzenis is also active with the Jewish United Fund, Harold Eisenberg Foundation, the Real Estate Investment Association and Israeli Bonds and is a member of the Lincoln Park Builders Club, Old Town Chamber, and West Central Association. Harry was honored locally by the State of Israel Bonds in 2005 and received a national honor in 2009. He was also a recipient of the Lincoln Park Builders Club Impact Award in 2005. He is a 1976 graduate of Roosevelt University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Huzenis is the father of Maddie, Oly and Ella and is married to Stacey Huzenis. They reside on Chicago's North Side.

Larry Bell - CFO

Mr. Bell has over 20 years combined experience in real estate development, commercial banking and title insurance. His primary responsibilities at JRG Capital Partners include management of all financial activity for development partnerships and individual projects, including project budgeting, cash flow forecasting and profit projections. Responsibilities also include construction administration: preparation of construction draws and related documentation, financial oversight of general contractor/subcontractor relationships and bank reporting requirements. Mr. Bell has a BS from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
