Christiane Steegmans (born 1958) obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. After performing junior finance roles in a variety of sectors, she joined IBM Consulting as an associate partner, working on financial advisory assignments and on setting up a system of shared services. She followed this with a variety of financial roles at Delhaize Group, where she was engaged with strategy at Belgian and European level. When she left Delhaize in 2015, Christiane was Senior Vice President Corporate Development Belgium. She went on to fulfil a number of consultancy roles. Since 2016 she has been a partner at Innovity, a consultancy which advises company leaders on strategy, finance and governance. As a director of Almancora Société de gestion, Christiane Steegmans brings a wealth of financial and strategic experience in a range of situations and sectors. She was appointed as an independent director of Almancora Société de gestion SA on 15 September 2017. She fulfils her director's mandate as permanent representative of the private limited company Visionality.

Frederik Vandepitte (b. 1974) graduated summa cum laude as a Commercial Engineer in Policy Informatics from KU Leuven and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. He started his professional career in 1997 as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley from 2002 to 2015. Most recently, he served as Managing Director responsible for the Belgian operations. Previously, he was Vice-President Corporate Finance and M&A in Sydney and Associate in the Consumer, Retail and Luxury Goods Group in London. From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the management committee of Incofin Investment Management, where he was responsible for fund development, investor relations and talent management. Since July 2, 2018, Frederik Vandepitte was a member of the executive committee and, since May 1, 2019, managing director and CEO of KBC Securities NV. Frederik Vandepitte is married and has 3 children.

Johan Massy (born 1958) obtained a degree in Commerce and Business Economics from KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven) in 1981 and went on to follow the Compensation & Benefits Management programme at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (2007). After a short period at Klynveld Kraayenhof & Co, he held various positions at AB InBev from 1984 to September 2019, mainly with a financial background, supplemented by positions within the HR department. He joined Arvesta in November 2019 as Process Owner Master Data. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cera Société de gestion in 2008, and since 2009 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion. He was appointed as Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion with effect from 29 April 2016.

Until 31 January 2019, Luc Vandecatseye worked as an administrator in the Budget Unit of the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development at the European Commission. Mathilde Remy (b. 1991) holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master's in Management of Social Entrepreneurship from HEC Management School, University of Liège (HEC Liège). She has worked as Sourcing and Master Data Team Leader at Newpharma since May 2019. She became a director of Cera Société de gestion on 20 December 2019.

Paul Demyttenaere (b. 1962) is an agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in Agricultural Science. He studied Middle Management at Vlerick Business School in Belgium. After spending several years as a researcher in the Department of Agricultural Sciences at UGent, he fulfilled a number of management roles at the REO Veiling auction house, where he was general manager from 2008 to 2022. He is a Change Manager at Pork.be and Vives, among others. He has built up a wealth of managerial experience at several companies, including Cera and Euro Pool Group. Since April 28, 2023 he is independent director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion.
