Leading to longer inspections because I like to physically show the customer the good and bad of the home that they are purchasing... We understand that most customers have work obligations and have a need to schedule a home inspection during non-normal working hours. I will do my best to work with evening and weekend schedules to find a time that a complete home inspection can be performed... My name is Tim Sams and I am the owner of Kaylee Homes Inspection. The passion usually leads to longer inspections than some other inspectors because I like to physically show the customer the good and the bad of the home that they are purchasing.
