KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE - Key Persons

He was born in v. Pisica, Probistip, in 1959. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. He started his career in 1983 in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia where among anther things, he works as Expert Associate in the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Advisor in the Cabinet of the President, Advisor in the Executive Council of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Advisor in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister, and in 1994 is appointed for Vice-Minister of Finance. In 1995, he goes to USA and works as Assistant Chief Executive Officer in the World Bank. In 1996, he continues his career in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje as General Manager. In the period from 2002 until 2004, he again works in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia as Minister of Interior, and later he becomes Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. From 2004, he continues his career in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje as First General Manager. In 2008, he is appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors.

He was born in v. Velmej, Ohrid, in 1958. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. His career started in EMO Ohrid in 1984, where he works until 1995, being promoted from Finance Officer, to Head of Finance Department, Finance Manager, Assistant General Manager for finance and finally to General Manager. Until 1998 he works as General Manager of Customs Administration of the Republic of Macedonia, and from 2003 as member of the Parliament and member of the Finance and Budget Commission of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. From 2003, he works as General Manager of Macedonian Bank for Development Promotion, and from 2004, again as General Manager of Customs Administration of the Republic of Macedonia. In 2006, he comes in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje as General Manager, where in 2008 he is assigned the function of Chief Operative Officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Maja Stevkova Sterieva was born in Skopje, in 1970. She graduated at the Faculty of Economics at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje, where later on she finishes master study in Monetary Economics. On February 2012 she obtained Ph.D. in Economics degree, also at the Faculty of Economics at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. In 1993, she started her experience in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje as officer in the International Division, than as Senior Officer in the Assets and Liquidity Department and latter on as Coordinator and Senior Coordinator in Business Policy Division. In 2002, she is appointed Manager of the Risk Management Department and in 2005, Manager of Risk Management and Planning Division. From 2008, she is assigned the function of Chief Finance Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Member of the Supervisory Board of KB Prvo Penzisko Drushtvo - Pension Fund Management Company from 2017, in which Komercijalna Banka holds 49% of the Company's capital. In 2019, she was elected President of the Macedonian Banking Association.
