Since 2011, LACROSSOVER has been mentoring and coaching female student-athletes from the DC metro area. In addition, we work with individuals and companies to help create a culture of success. We work with every age and skill level to bring our your best and grow your game. We have coached many players who have gone on to be successful at top DI and DIII programs and at the professional and international level... LACROSSOVER uses a holistic method of coaching. We believe in coaching the entire person. Our sessions are tailored to fit each girl's unique needs, learning style, and skill level. We use positive reinforcement and develop the strengths in each player. This coaching style allows girls to take risks and to gain self-confidence as a player and as a person... The more a player believes in herself, the better the athlete, teammate and leader she will be. At LACROSSOVER, we use positive affirmations and constructive feedback to cultivate confidence in each player.
