Erin is a fresh addition to our team as our Client Care Manager. Her priority is ensuring the needs of our clients are always met. She works hard to get feedback on your showings, while also managing and streamlining our client communications and special projects. You will often find her answering the phones, coordinating the use of our FREE moving truck, and providing assistance during your home buying/selling journey. Not only does Erin bring her a positive attitude and kind smile, but she comes from a customer service background giving her a great foundation to build upon. She is sure exceed all of your expectations.
Joan joined us in 1987 and has been a major part of the development of The Leslie McDonnell Team. Over the course of her 28 years with us, Joan has opened the doors to hundreds of home buyers' dreams. She offers special expertise in luxury home buying, first-time home buyer programs, investment properties and distressed property (short sale and REO) purchases. She has been inducted into the RE/MAX Real Estate Hall of Fame for her career achievements and is an integral part of why we are consistently named among the nation's most successful real estate teams.

As our team leader, Leslie oversees all of the activity, marketing and advertising of your home. Leslie also negotiates all purchase offers on our listings. She is ranked among the top real estate agents in the nation and in Lake County. Leslie holds many professional designations and memberships that make her uniquely qualified to represent both buyers and sellers.
Liz has over 16 years of executive sales and marketing experience which have contributed to her unmatched negotiation and problem-solving skills. Liz's passion for real estate is evident through her excellent communication and warm friendly approach. Her clients know they can count on her to always be a high-touch broker who works tirelessly on their behalf. Liz grew up in Lake County and has strong ties throughout. She has two daughters and lives in Libertyville. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University.
Sheryl has lived in Lake County all of her life. Her love of, and exposure to real estate began at a very early age, since her parents owned a real estate company in Waukegan. She received her Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and her Masters degree from National Louis University. Prior to the birth of her children, she taught Elementary School in Libertyville and Bannockburn. She spent many years working with a local custom home builder, where she honed her knowledge of construction and décor, with an emphasis on superior client service. Her 3 children all attended Libertyville schools and have all successfully completed their college careers. Sheryl and her husband, Mike, currently live in Indian Creek.
