Matthew Harris Lucas has a breadth of experience in business and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, collection, asset protection, construction, domestic relations law, workers' compensation, and personal injury.
Matt is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and the Cleveland Grays.
Robert Lustig provides counsel to small businesses and individuals in general business, personal and tax matters. Currently his practice focuses on commercial real estate, estate planning and assisting individuals in the management of their personal and business affairs.
In addition, Bob serves as an arbitrator in Labor, Securities and Commercial matters. He is a member of the following arbitration panels:
Susan Evans focuses her practice on the needs of the elderly, the disabled and their families. The rest of her practice is focused on estate planning, elder care planning, guardianships, and the administration and taxation of decedents' estates and trusts.
Susan is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She is a current member and past chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Certified Grievance Committee. She is also a member of the Probate, Trust and Estate planning sections of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Cleveland Estate Planning Council.
