LOYAL I.T SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
Brendan has been with Loyal I.T. since 2012 working on helpdesk. Previously he had almost 10 years experience in computer retail which included sales, repairs and support. Retail instilled the importance of customer service with day-to-day dealings with clients. Brendan has a Diploma of Information Technology (Networking) and has many years experience with many different computing products.
Brendan enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies and building with a highly sophisticated inter-locking brick system.
Evan has been in the IT industry since 1990 and has worked for a variety of businesses including a music label for AC/DC and the Easybeats, where he met his lovely wife, Sharon.
Helene joined the team in August 2023 and is valued member of the reception team.
Her qualifications in Accounting and Tax, coupled with her skills in running a Network Marketing Business, from home has seen her dedication and commitment to customer service and enjoys being part of the team.
Helene is a dedicated mother of 4 adult children, she enjoys cooking, music, experiencing the beautiful coastal walks and spends time volunteering at local charities.
Julie's involvement with the day to day running of the business has ceased since becoming Australia's first Masterchef.
Julie remains a business owner and is responsible for Loyal I.T. Solutions marketing and team building events.
Julie enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and music.
Katrina joins Loyal I.T. Solutions with a life-time of experience and support of small business operations. She has a Cert IV in Business Administration, previously managed a not-for-profit local chamber of commerce and has many and varied connections with the local business community.
Her focus is on supporting our team to deliver the very best service we can to all our valued clients.
Katrina is Mum to six young adult children. She loves life on the Central Coast, is a passionate supporter of the Central Coast Mariners, a die-hard West Tigers fan and anything with four wheels and a V8 engine.

Kristy previously worked in Customer Service and Retail Management for over 15 years, managing teams of young adults in a fast-paced environment.
She comes to Loyal I.T. Solutions with a commitment to provide excellent customer service to each one of our clients.
Kristy is mad about all things Disney, she enjoys travelling overseas and spending time with her husband Adam and 2 young daughters.
Mick's experience in the I.T. industry dates back to 1992. Mick previously worked for Telstra, Swiss Banking Corporation, Rothschild Australia, MTG Consulting (Midas Technology Group) and Absolute Business Systems.
Fuelled by a desire to provide his clients with the highest level of customer service possible, he and his wife Julie, began Loyal I.T. Solutions in 2002 from his lounge room.
Mick has a young family (3 boys/men) on the Central Coast and his interests include basketball, guitar, travelling, cheering on the Wests Tigers and relaxing with family and friends.
