Mathews ESOP Company was founded in 1998 to provide specialized counsulting services to a very select group of employee ownership companies. Based on our 30 years in the ESOP community, Mathews ESOP Company provides experienced Directorship to a small number of ESOP owned companies, and, in a limited number of situations, provides fiduciary services related to ESOP transactions... It is the nature of our firm that the client base will never be large. Growth is not our objective. Our goal is to continue to participate in the most exciting segment of the U. S. economy (employee owned companies) and share our experience with a few companies that can really benefit from our involvement.
