Angel joined M2 Property Group in 2020 and began her career in property management in 2003. Prior to joining M2, she managed properties in Atlanta and metro Detroit.. In 2021 Angel joined the Home office team, assisting the Regional Manager in clerical duties, as well as assisting managers in the day to day operations of her portfolio. Angel is able to watch the offices grow into the successful operations that they are today, and assisting in maintaining the behind-the-scenes operations of the sites.

Antonio joined M2 Property Group after the acquisition of Glendale Park in Memphis TN in 2015. He currently serves as the Maintenance Supervisor for a 13 story high rise senior building consisting of 199 apartment homes. Antonio came to M2 Property Group with 17 years of maintenance experience and is a Certified Lead Renovator and is EPA certified.

Brian is the maintenance supervisor, and his responsibilities include overseeing the repair, maintenance and contract services for 505 apartment homes. Brian has more than 12 years of experience in performing and overseeing maintenance projects in long-term care and residential housing. He holds a Universal Heating Ventilation and Cooling EPA 608 Technician Certification. Lewis joined M2 Property Group in 2018.

Starting her career as a janitor helper for the Chicago Housing Authority in 1988, Dawn brings over 30 years of property management experience.

James has more than 20 years of maintenance experience and is an EPA HVAC certified technician.
Jason has been with M2 since 2014. He graduated Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Accounting. With 30 + years of accounting experience, 20 of those years have been focused in the real estate industry. Jason reviews and analyzes our financial statements, completes numerous bank recs while working closely with each property manager and regional manager. In addition, Jason is charged with financial reporting to ownership. He has experience in commercial & residential properties along with Section 8, IHDA, CHA & HUD.

His certifications include UPCS and EPA HVAC, as well as manager of maintenance with the National Center for Housing Management. He was a member of the Main Team, where he was a trainer for all maintenance technicians who wanted to become certified.

Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience in the property and leasing management industry. She is an accredited residential manager and licensed real estate agent in Michigan. Jennifer joined Solaire in 2015.

Kelly is a Military Veteran of 13 years in the United States Air Force where was a police officer and working dog handler/trainer and finished my career as a training supervisor. After the military Kelly attended HVAC school and soon after joined M2 Property Group as a maintenance technician. Larry has an associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance and currently oversees the preventative maintenance program, general repair and maintenance, make ready and rehab projects at the site.

Melody joined Woodcrest Apartments in 2009 as the property manager and is responsible for resident relations, leasing and general day-to-day management of 331 apartment homes. Melody also maintains a robust corporate housing program. She has over 27 years of property management experience. A licensed Illinois leasing agent she also obtained her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification in 2015. Melody was recognized as Property Manager of the Year in 2010 and 2014, along with other awards throughout her career.

Michael, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, co-founded M2 Property Group after working in the field of Real Estate Management, acquisitions and finance since 1999. As a Senior Associate for a leading, national seniors housing lending institution, Michael was responsible for HUD & FNMA loan originations and underwriting for a number of mid-large multifamily and health care property loans. In 2002, Michael joined a local real estate management firm as Property Manager of 250 apartment units located in Chicago and Springfield, IL. As the portfolio grew, so did Michael's responsibilities within the firm and he eventually transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading their acquisitions team as well as overseeing operations of 1,500 apartment units in multiple states.
Today, Michael acts as the Managing Broker for M2's Illinois brokerage activity, while also serving in an advisory role for M2's continued growth. He is also an active investor in a number of the apartment communities that M2 manages.

Natalie, CAM is the property manager at Cheswick Village Apartments in West Lafayette IN. August 2020 Natalie made a career change after 25 years in the hospitality industry and it was one of the best decisions she made. When she started in the industry she did not realize how fulfilling it is help people from all over the world find a great apartment home, and an amazing community. Often times, Natalie does not meet the residents until the day that they arrive to collect keys and she's always humbled to hear that it was a smooth and stress free process. Natalie's skills in sales, customer service, and facilities management have helped make her successful. Natalie also achieved her CAM Certification in July 2023.
Rachel, PHR is the human resources director for M2 Property Group and is responsible for managing the human resource needs for its employees nationwide. Prior to joining M2 Property Group in 2020 Rachel gained experience in human resources, administration, staff training and supervision through the hotel and senior care industries. She has over 15 years as a human resources professional, earning her Human Resources Management Certification in 2018 and her Professional in Human Resources Credentials (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2021.

Scott, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), joined M2 after working with a number of our assets since 2005. Scott has served as Property Manager, Regional Property Manager and Director of Operations for a Midwest based property management firm, focusing on their Indianapolis portfolio of apartments since 1993. Scott oversees all M2 day-to-day property operations for the portfolio and his responsibilities include weekly reporting, vendor and resident relations, employee incentives, and conducting physical inspections of all assets. Scott also sets policies, maintains our database and website and provides training and support to our management staff. Scott joined M2 Property Group in 2010 and holds a Universal Heating Ventilation and Cooling EPA 608 Technician Certification as well as being a Certified Lead Renovator.
