A licensed California real estate Broker, Josh began his commercial real estate career nearly 20 years ago. Quickly emerging as a leader in the Northern California market, Josh left Keegan & Coopin Commercial Real Estate in 2007 to join Cushman & Wakefield here in Monterey. Utilizing his strong work ethic and personal network in the San Francisco Bay Area, Josh immersed himself into the local market and engaged actively in the community. Initially on the board of the YMCA, and more recently an active supporter of the SPCA of Monterey County, Santa Catalina School as well as Every Mother Counts, Josh dives in wholeheartedly into every venture he takes on. Josh is pleased to join local powerhouse, Mahoney & Associates as a Partner in 2020. The hardworking and ethical individuals at this firm complement Josh's philosophies. Together their combined strength allows him to better serve his clients.
When not in the office you'll find Josh running the New York or Big Sur Marathon, at the soccer field with his son, at the pool with his daughter or traveling with his wife and children. Josh is a family man, as well as a consummate professional.
A native of Monterey, Patrick holds an undergraduate degree in business from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo and an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco. Prior to joining Mahoney and Associates, he worked in Carmel and San Jose as a financial advisor. Since joining the company, Patrick has consistently been one of the top producers.
Peter has international roots, having been born in Switzerland. He completed college with a degree in Parks & Resources but after graduation moved into real estate in 1976. In his career Peter has handled over 1,000 real estate transactions. He has been active in the community serving on multiple boards including Boy & Girls Club of Monterey County, Monterey County Hospitality Association, Apartment Association of Monterey County and Boy Scouts of America, and has served as board chair of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. He is an EMT and devoted many years to working dogs in wilderness search & rescue. He has been a lifetime proponent of blood donation, being a donor of over 17 gallons. Of his accomplishments he is the most proud of his family including his 2 sons, both of which are Eagle Scouts. Peter is the managing Partner of Mahoney & Associates.
