Andrew Hecht is a New York State licensed attorney residing and practicing in New York City. Andrew runs a solo civil litigation general practice where he represents businesses in transactional matters; works as a per diem personal injury attorney; represents musicians and writers for contractual needs; and is of counsel to McCarthy Law PLC where he assists clients in obtaining relief from private student loan debt. Andrew worked for the personal injury firm of Ross & Hill in Brooklyn, New York before starting his own practice. Prior to moving to New York and being admitted to the New York State Bar, Andrew began his legal career in Phoenix, Arizona working as a paralegal at Gurstel Law Firm representing creditors in debtor/creditor litigation. Andrew then attended Arizona Summit Law School where he studied abroad in Florence Italy, professional and amateur sports law; clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit Staff Attorney's Office in New Orleans, Louisiana; and externed for the City of Phoenix Attorney's Office Civil Division. Upon graduation, Andrew was hired to assist McCarthy Law PLC in ensuring their of counsel's are state compliant as McCarthy Law expanded nationally. As an undergraduate, Andrew attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he was a two member of the university's mock trial debate team. Andrew was awarded the most outstanding witness at the Hamline University Invitational and the Most outstanding witness at the Marquette University sectional qualifier. Having worked in all aspects of creditor/debtor litigation, Andrew is thrilled and excited to be an of counsel to McCarthy Law's private student financial aid relief program. Andrew finds great satisfaction in working with clients and assisting them lower their debt, shorten the term of their payments, and saving them money.

Anna L. Bagley

Anna L. Bagley is of counsel for McCarthy Law PLC in the Chatsworth, GA office. She is a native of Cook County, Georgia, having grown up in Lenox. She has recently moved to the Chatsworth, Georgia, area in Murray County. Mrs. Bagley is family oriented; down-to-earth; and a Christian. After graduating from law school in May of 2001, Anna Bagley completed a two year clerkship in the South Georgia Judicial Circuit (Baker, Calhoun, Decatur, Grady, and Mitchell Counties) under the tutelage of Chief Judge A. Wallace Cato and Judge J. Richard Porter, III. After two years, she was promoted to the position of Court Administrator, which she performed for one year. In August of 2004, Anna Bagley accepted a position in a Cook County law firm where she worked for nine months. Anna Bagley opened The Lokey Law Firm, P.C. on April 25, 2005, and has been practicing as a sole practitioner since that date. She later changed the practice to the Bagley Law Firm, PC, upon her marriage to Dannon D. Bagley in 2006. Mrs. Bagley has experience working in the following areas: real estate closings; family law; adoptions; name changes; legitimations; divorces; Social Security Disability; will preparation; bankruptcy; and deed preparation. Mrs. Bagley also helps clients with debt negotiation in order to decrease their debt and stop harassing phone calls without having to file bankruptcy.

Donald H. White

Don has three children and is an active runner and cyclist and often participates in road races in the Augusta area. He plays golf, racquetball, and cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs at football games. Mr. White has been serving Augusta Georgia and the CSRA since 1984. Don currently serves as legal counsel for North Augusta Habitat for Humanity (pro bono). He is a previous sponsor of North Augusta High School "Moot Court" team competing in the South Carolina Bar Association's statewide high school competition. He is a past Board Chairman of Augusta United Way's Family Counseling Center and past president of Augusta Bar Association Young Lawyers and is a Leadership Augusta participant and graduate.

Jacob Hippensteel

Jacob Hippensteel focuses his practice on consumer protection and business litigation. Jacob regularly assists clients by ensuring that their rights as consumers are protected under Federal and State consumer protection laws. Jacob also represents diverse business clients including restaurants, residential property management groups, and businesses within Arizona's medical marijuana industry. Jacob regularly advises clients on a wide variety of issues, as well as protecting those client's interests in federal and state courts. Jacob received his law degree from Whittier Law School. During law school, Jacob excelled academically - graduating with honors and receiving CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Business Associations, Business Associations Practicum, Business Transactions, and Evidence Law. Jacob was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and competed nationally in both Trial Advocacy and Negotiation competitions. Michael R. Slaughter

Michael R. Slaughter is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC office in Louisville, Kentucky. He is admitted to practice in both Kentucky and the United States Supreme Court. He has extensive experience in many areas of the law including debt satisfaction. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Slaughter was an elementary school teacher, a representative of two large life insurance companies during which time he obtained the prestigious CLU degree, and was the secretary/treasurer of his family-owned business with five branches throughout Kentucky. He is located in Louisville, Kentucky and has handled cases in all of the surrounding counties: Jefferson, Bullitt, Shelby, Oldham, Hardin, Henry, Breckenridge, and Trimble Counties. Mr. Slaughter has been extremely successful in handling cases on Appeal in both the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Mr. Gillet attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA and earned a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Gillet has extensive experience as a small business owner. He helped his father manage his ready-mix company in Delano from the time he was 13. He also started his own mail-order and wholesale trading card company, MVP Sports Cards & Collectibles, that eventually grew into a world-wide mail order and wholesale powerhouse along with a three-store retail chain company headquartered in Bakersfield, California. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel to Gillet Trucking. In addition, he currently continues his involvement in the sports card industry through Internet ventures and online auctions. Mr. Gillet currently operates his own law practice emphasizing business, bankruptcy, social security, traffic and tax law.

Thomas J. Petrelli

Thomas J. Petrelli is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Voorhees office. Tom received a B.S. in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia. He then went on to obtain a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School where he also received his Juris Doctorate. Tom has also obtained an LLM (Masters of Law) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, District of Columbia, New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. Tom has received several national and peer-reviewed awards, including being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2009. He has a Superb AVVO Rating of 10 and was also named a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates. Tom has been recognized by his peers for his creative solutions to family law matters and is a recurring guest speaker on divorce and family law at the People's Law School.
