Chuck Mason

Before starting MCCi in 1995, Chuck worked as a systems engineer for Corning where he was responsible for installing, implementing and testing a network of AS/400's across the country. As an IBM Marketing Agent he has provided technical support to AS/400 accounts where he has solved complex issues and designed networks of various data processing environments. Chuck has developed and rewritten many systems in Progen and Websmart over the last 30 years. Including a web based Police Incident Reporting system, Securities Managment, Time and Attendance, Tax Collection, Training Software, General Ledger systems, Contact Management system, Web based Query Tool, and a furniture configurator for Ethan Allen. Chuck has 15 years of experience with BCD's websmart tool and BCD's Progen Plus tool. Progen and Websmart are tools marketed by Business Computer Design. Chuck has an excellent business sense and can view situations from the customers side, not just the side of technical personnel. He is respected in the industry for his integrity and sound technical ability. He has been a guest speaker at users groups, career days and universities.
