Tony Johnson was hired on with the Marvin Johnson family in May of 2001. He has been a licensed agent since February of 2002. He was a letterman with the Universtiy of Indianapolis mens football program, under coach Joe Polizzi. He is the grandson of Marvin Johnson, and the son of Stephen Johnson. Tony has grown up in the agency, and will continue the tradition of selling insurance with the Marvin Johnson family. He resides in Columbus, IN.

Lance joined Marvin Johnson & Associates in the spring of 2003. Originally from Greenville Ohio he made his way to Indianapolis in 1997 where he attended the University of Indianapolis. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from U of I in 2001. Lance is actively involved in the Indiana Motor Truck Association, Ohio Trucking Association, Truckload Carriers Association, and American Trucking Association. He has been Chairman of the Indiana Safety & Maintenance Council (SMC), Future Leaders of Indiana (FLI), and Indiana TIPAC Golf & Bike Ride Committee. He currently serves on the Trucking Industry Political Action Committee. Lance, his wife Heather and their four children, reside in Columbus Indiana. Lance became a partner at Marvin Johnson and Associates in 2019.
Mark has been working at MJAI for over 34 years and began his career as an IT Programmer. He enjoys the relationships that he's formed with his co-workers and plans on staying with the company until he retires.
Matt joined Marvin Johnson June of 2017 after graduating from Indiana State University. At Indiana State, he was a member of the men's basketball team, where he served as team captain his Junior and Senior year. Matt serves on the board for the Indianapolis Transportation Club, as well as the Indiana Motor Truck Association membership committee. In addition, Matt is a member of the Future Leaders of Indiana, as well as a member of the Safety & Maintenance Council within the IMTA. Matt, and his wife, Kelsey, reside in Columbus, Indiana.

Michelle is a Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Volunteer. She loves reading books while relaxing on a lake or at the beach. She also loves IU basketball and ‘80s Rock N' Roll. Michelle greatly values having the opportunity to mentor children, both her own and others. Her outlook on life is best described by the quote "Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey."
Michelle's journey at Marvin Johnson and Associates started with a lucky encounter at her daughter's soccer practice 26 years ago when a stranger told her about an opportunity at the company. She believes that her co-workers are an extension of her own family and are thankful that they have provided her with a constant source of support. She hopes to keep learning new in her career.
