Most clients will need a will, financial power of attorney, and medical directive. Others may need additional estate planning to meet their specific financial or family needs... In addition, we also assist families that have suffered the loss of a loved one. Often the settling of a decedent's estate or trust can become an overwhelming experience. We attempt to reduce the anxiety associated with this process by helping the family prepare and file all the necessary court documents. We also prepare and file Federal and State estate tax returns for estates in which these filings are required.
