Amber Smith-Waters

Amber joined Integration Station as our Patient Care Administrator with a goal to help children and their families feel safe and in good hands. Each day she collaborates with families, therapists, doctor's offices and many others to ensure that each child has accessibility to the therapy services that they need and deserve. Amber says being apart of a fun, warm environment with people who push children to be the best versions of themselves is exciting. She is compassionate and friendly, always willing to help any family that calls or stops by the front desk. In her free time, Amber enjoys watching reality shows and thrillers, painting, and "vibing" to music.

Ashley Seibert

Ashley Seibert graduated with her Bachelor of Science before pursuing her Masters in Occupational Therapy. Ashley soon after achieved her National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and North Carolina OT License. Ms. Ashley joined IS years ago as a new graduate, ready to start her career as a pediatric occupational therapist and has since blossomed into a well-rounded, compassionate, and skilled therapists. She demonstrates enthusiasm for every child she works with, cheering them on to achieve great milestones. Ms. Ashely says, "I am a witness to so many "firsts", and I get to celebrate the little things (and big things) with families every day!" Her commitment to the children and families she works with is what inspires Ms. Ashley to seek out the best interventions and the evidence that support their use. She believes that holistic approach is the best match for helping children experiencing developmental delays, feeding difficulties, social-emotional challenges, trauma, neurological and genetic disorders. Ms. Ashley is certified in the Therapeutic Listeningā„¢ Program, is a Certified Autism Specialist, and specializes in the use of the Handwriting Without Tears program, Primitive Reflex Integration, NDT, various evidence-based sensory techniques, interventions for childhood trauma, feeding therapy, pediatric yoga for therapy, self-regulation strategies, and the Wilbarger Therapressure protocol. Ms. Ashley says, "When working with families and children I strive to use evidenced-based techniques and protocols while also being as family-systems and child-specific as possible." When miss Ashley is not at IS she has her hands full at home with two beautiful children, three fury friends, and luckily, a very supportive husband. When she can sneak it in, she enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, and always learning.

Brittany Rivera

Brittany Rivera obtained her occupational therapy degree through Winston-Salem State University where she received her Masters of Science before beginning her career in pediatrics. Ms. Brittany provides OT services to children in their homes, daycares, and within the clinic setting. She is bilingual in English and Spanish which allows her to help families who, at times, experience barriers in accessibility to services for their child. She enjoys helping children and seeing their excitement and hope. She says, "It is amazing to watch them do something for the first time!" Ms. Brittany has training in DIR Floortime and uses this interaction style to promote engagement and skill development when working with her patients. She is well versed in regulation and children experiencing behavioral challenges. She says, "My goal when helping children is for them to be proud of themselves without setting limits. I want them to achieve their dreams." When Ms. Brittany is not at IStation helping children, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, watching Netflix and relaxing.

Jackie Arnold

Jasmine Whitby

Jasmine Whitby earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Methodist University, becoming Nationally Board Certified and holding a license in the State if North Carolina. Jasmine says children, and their families, brings her excitement and happiness, not to mention keeps her young at heart! She feels that a strong bond between the child, family and therapist are critical in facilitating a powerful therapeutic rapport. She finds actively listening to each family's journey allows her to better understand the family's priorities and improves functional outcomes. Jasmine is happy to be apart of the IS family, surrounded by a team of experienced occupational therapists who are always supporting one another for the good of the children they serve. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and watching sports games.

Jennifer Jamison

Jennifer achieved her Master of Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University before attaining her National Board Certification and NC Occupational Therapy License. Jennifer began working with children as a Teacher's Assistant for Exceptional Children before pursuing her career as an OT. She has a passion for helping others, especially children and their families. She has long worked with children because she says it makes her heart happy and love seeing children overcome obstacles and succeed. Jennifer says when working with families her goal is to connect with them and their concerns while helping in a wholistic manner. She has expanded her knowledge to better support families through Autism, Sensory Processing, DIR/Floortime, Coaching in Early Intervention, and Family-Centered Practice trainings. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jill Shuter

Jill Shuter attended the University of Florida where she achieved her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. She is licensed as an occupational therapist in Florida and North Carolina. Ms. Jill's passion to help others, and particularly children, led to specializing in pediatrics by delivering interventions to children in their homes, schools, sensory clinics, and via telehealth. Ms. Jill says, "It is amazing to be a part of such growth and development, while forming connections with children and their families. My goal is to always strengthen my understanding of what is most important to each child and their family so I can deliver the most effective and beneficial therapy program." Ms. Jill's desire to deliver support to children and their families in the most effective manner is why she became a Certified Autism Specialist, certified Therapeutic Listening provider, and uses the SOS Approach to Feeding. Additionally, Ms. Jill provides therapeutic interventions including Astronaut Training, Handwriting Without Tears, DIR/Floortime, the Alert Program, DPPT Brushing Protocol and interventions for Sensory Processing Disorder. Ms. Jill says, "I love working with such a talented and experienced teamā€¦alongside others who share my passion for working with children. The atmosphere is inviting, happy, and creative for children-and adults, too!" When Ms. Jill is not at IS, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys time in the outdoors and baking new recipes.

Kayla Briscoe

Kayla Briscoe attended Keuka College and received her Bachelor of Occupational Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy before acquiring her National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and license in New York. After working in New York for some time, Kayla and her husband moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she became licensed and pursued her dream of becoming a specialized pediatric OT. Ms. Kayla says, "I sought out working with the pediatric population because I wanted to be able to help clients on a more personal level and to help our young generation have a fair chance at all life has to offer. Pediatrics is a fast paced and forever changing field which can make occupational therapy exciting and helps me to learn so many new skills. Not to mention I think kids are great!" Ms. Kayla boosted her knowledge through research and taking part in various educational opportunities. She gained her Certified Autism Specialist certificate in June 2020. Additionally, she specializes in sensory processing, motor praxis and development, Handwriting Without Tears, the Wilbarger Therapressure Program, social and emotional development, Trauma within Childhood, and pediatric feeding difficulties. Ms. Kayla often provides evaluation and intervention to children experiencing Developmental, Neurological, Autism Spectrum, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders. Ms. Kayla Says, "Integration Station is more than just a business or company. Integration Station is like a family. I am challenged to grow and supported when accomplishments are made. There is so much respect and passion in this company it's hard not to love! I enjoy being the piece to a larger puzzle and feel as though I can grow and become a better therapist." In Ms. Kayla's free time she works with her husband renovating homes and investing in the real estate market. She enjoys tending to her garden and getting crafty by re-purposing old items into something new. She has two wonderful dogs Kota and Hannah and enjoys watching them play.

Megan Murphy

Ms. Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Science followed by her Masters in Occupational Therapy at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Megan has always enjoyed helping others, with her time spent in Kenya serving children with physical disabilities leaving a lasting imprint on her and propelling her into pediatrics fulltime. Ms. Megan believes that every child and family is unique and should be helped in a way that best serves their needs. She tailors therapeutic interventions to motivate child participation and develop the skills necessary to maximize their potential. Additionally, Ms. Megan believes that children are best served when they are supported by a team. She values the application of multiple approaches to improve client outcomes by partnering with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other healthcare providers. In her free time, Ms. Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family, running and hiking outdoors. She also likes be creative through cooking and painting.

Nicole Cyphert, went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science followed by her accelerated Master of Science in Occupational Therapy through Gannon University in Erie, PA. She began working under a provisional OT license in a pediatric clinic as she studied for the National Board Certification of Occupational Therapy and successfully secured her NC OT License. Ms. Nicole has practiced for over 15 years in pediatrics providing skilled intervention to children and adolescents experiencing a variety of challenges, some of which include Autism Spectrum Disorders, Tic and Tourette's, Down Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Trauma, Global Developmental Delays, Dysgraphia, Dyspraxia and a myriad of other genetic and neurological conditions. Ms. Nicole says, "I can't believe all of the challenges that my families face and are able to overcome. I feel so fortunate to be a small step in their climb towards success!" Rachel Roberts

Ms. Rachel is a Columbia University graduate and has been helping children as an occupational therapist since 2019. Ms. Rachel serves children birth through adolescence and specializes in comprehensive sensory, motor, and executive functioning evaluations. To better support her clients' growth, she has participated in a variety of post-graduate trainings including social skills, sensory processing and executive functioning. Ms. Rachel is invested in creating home programming that builds on the child's strengths and fosters skill development. Through coaching of, and collaboration with parents, her clients make remarkable gains in their abilities. She says strong relationships with both the child and family are very important to ensure progress. In Ms. Rachel's free time, she enjoys spending time and making memories with her husband and daughter.
