Bailey McNeil currently serves as the Director of Operations for The Maids of New England, New England's largest home cleaning brand. Bailey started with The Maids 17 years ago and has steadily helped the business grow through her knowledge, dedication and passion for her employees and customers. This includes the steady growth of The Maids of North Hampton.

Bill Kibby

Bill Kibby has held project, product, and quality leadership roles for Motorola Solutions delivering communication products for public safety and government customers before serving as a project management leader for a Midwest forklift development company. Since locating to North Hampton from the Chicago area with his wife, Bill enjoys helping people as a trusted real estate agent for the Bean Group, with his business also providing pre-sale renovation services for area homes. He has a long history of community involvement with his children coaching sports, as a youth religious education leader, and as a member of the local school board. Currently, he is active as a project advisor for the new North Hampton Library. With a strong belief in family, MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a passion for doing the job right, Bill is determined to help the businesses of North Hampton have a more unified voice in the community so that we can "Survive-and-Thrive". Renee spent 18 years as a corporate restaurant manager for a New England chain that pride themselves on an unbeatable relationship-based culture with great business sense. During this time, her passion for people and food grew significantly as she began mentoring new leaders in the company and joined the tasting team for new menu items. In 2014, with the drive to provide additional skills and opportunity to her people, she joined the John Maxwell Leadership team where she became a certified coach and speaker. In 2016 with encouragement from friends and family, and her son by her side, she left the corporate arena to open Urban Farmhouse Eatery in North Hampton. She is happy to be serving the Seacoast community.

Tina Bosen

Tina Bosen has lived in the Seacoast for the past 36 years. She has worked in North Hampton for the past 27 years. She owns and operates a commercial building restoration company that is headquartered in North Hampton. She also owns several pieces of commercial real estate in North Hampton. Most of her tenants are small business owners that support the North Hampton Community. Tina has been a long-standing member of the NHBA and is happy to serve as a Board Member. She is looking forward to meeting more of the local business owner's and community leaders. Tina lives in Portsmouth, NH with her husband John and her beagle "Skipper".
