Major Objectives: Assure delivery of a sufficient supply of water to communities in Northeast Texas. Active involvement of NETMWD in water quality issues. NETMWD intends to continue as the Contractor for the Clean Rivers Program with the TCEQ, and will continue implementation of the TMDL effort.
