With two doctors, 4 assistants, and multiple staff members all needing access to patient information this was a moment of panic. One call to Open Road took care of the problem. Within two hours they had the server fully operational and we were back in business. Response and care like that are not easy to find. We have always been happy with the work ORT has done for us. They work with our network which runs an optometry practice software package and interfaces with numerous pieces of diagnostic equipment. Plus, they are very nice people with exceptional integrity.
