PARAGON - Key Persons
Katie Fuetter has been a licensed CPA and accounting professional for many years. Her most recent position was tax manager at a public accounting firm, with prior experience in non-profit, manufacturing and trucking companies. She brings valuable insight into financial statement preparation as well as understanding the unique accounting needs of small to medium size businesses. She earned a Masters in Taxation from the University of Akron and a BS in accounting from Ohio State University. She is currently a member of Ohio Society of CPAs and Women's Impact Inc. She was born and raised in Canton, graduating from Central Catholic High School. Katie is married with two children and two grandchildren. When not busy with work or family, Katie is training for two marathons this fall.
Monica Rankin, principal of Paragon Accounting and Business Services, has over twenty years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She spent several years employed in the oil and gas industry, most recently as controller for a start-up energy company. She spent eleven years as a key employee of an accounting firm that specialized in providing bookkeeping services to various small businesses. In 2008 she founded Paragon with the vision of offering top quality, customized bookkeeping and QuickBooks services to small and medium sized businesses. She is an Advanced Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor as well as a certified Xero Partner and a member of the Sage Accountants Network. She continues to stay up to date on new software and applications by attending annual professional conferences. She is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's, the Tuscarawas Valley Desk and Derrick organization and the Hall of Fame AmSpirit chapter. She is a past member of Stark County Payroll Association and Stark County Human Resource Association. She has served in various community volunteer positions throughout the years.

Tessa Rankin, accounting clerk of Paragon, has been growing with the company since 2014. She is the behind-the-scenes employee we count on for data entry with her amazing attention to detail. She's currently working on her QuickBooks Online Certification and we look forward to continued growth.
