Daniel D. Stocking

Dan has been consulting with police departments and government organizations on security and related issues for more than ten years now, on behalf of PM AM. As a thirty-one year retired police veteran, Dan brings a very unique perspective to the field of Alarm Management. With actual experience of responding to alarms as a patrol officer he understands the inherited risk of alarm response to a high percentage of false alarms and the need to be prepared for the few actual valid alarms.

David Moss

David Moss is Vice President of Sales for FAMS at PM AM holding more than 37 years of experience in technology sales. He is responsible for driving strategies to deliver more profitable business models, enhance business performance, and ensure that PM AM is well-positioned for continued growth. Earlier in his career, David has served domains like Digital Technology, Telecommunications, e-Commerce, and Technology Consulting, to name a few. He strongly believes in building fast-growing and reliable long-term relationships with customers to foster business opportunities. Prior to working with PM AM, David was associated with some of the world-renowned companies like Nortel, Canal+ Technologies, and Harris Corporation, one of the leading public safety technology providers. David attended Stephen F. Austin University and later the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Greg Shapan

Greg presently serves as Business Development Director for PM AM's False Alarm Management Solution Division. For over 10 years, his background consists of business development and account management. In 2007, he was a top performer in the Corporate Sales Division for U-Haul where he was ranked 2nd in the nation. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama. Through his exceptional research abilities, critical thinking, and exemplary business developmental skills have led to PM AM's growth in new and existing markets.

Michael Moity

Michael Moity is Branch Manager, Houston Public Safety Division at PM AM. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations and working closely with city leaders to identify, develop, and drive revenue and quality initiatives. In more than a decade of diverse experience, Michael has formulated and administered strategic courses of action to ensure the highest level of public safety performance. Michael was an integral part of the launch, success, and development of PM AM's strategic partnership with The City of Houston - Administration and Regulatory Affairs and Houston Police Department in 2009. Mr. Pankaj Kumar - CEO, Founder

Mr. Kumar is the Founder and CEO of PM AM; having over 30 years of experience in leading the operations of large multi-national corporations. Prior to his leadership role at PM AM, Mr. Kumar was the CEO of Birla Consultancy and Software Services (now PSI Data System) a CMM5 and ISO company with 15,000+ employees. In addition, Mr. Kumar led and oversaw IT operations for the Aditya Birla Group in Thailand and India which were responsible for some the organization's highest valued initiatives. Appointed as the IT advisor to Chief Minister of an Indian state, he was responsible for developing the complete IT strategy for the state including all departments and infrastructure, as well as establishing the department responsible for its management and oversight on an on-going basis. This was an honorary position to which he volunteered his time to help the state.

Mrs. Judy Vigil - CSR

Married Ricardo Vigil on 1974 and traveled the world for 19 years while Rick was in the USAF and retired in 1993 after 20 years of active duty. We have two daughters and one son and our three children have blessed us with seven beautiful grandchildren. We have lived in Colorado Springs, CO since 1984.

His diversified background encompasses all aspects of technology, global delivery management, customer relationship management, product launches, direct and channel sales management and institutionalizing processes across the organization. He is an M. Sc. in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing. He is a certified Project Management professional (PMP) and has Master's Certification in Project Management with Honours from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.
