Deborah Muller brings over 25 years of financial accounting experience to her role as Controller. Before joining PDS, she worked in a variety of industries including consumer goods and investment services. Muller joined PDS in 2013 and has since implemented many new accounting procedures that have improved and streamlined the department's processes.
Dr. Greg Judice joins PDS with a career of 10+ years in patient care, administration, and healthcare project management. Dr. Judice works closely with PDS clients to understand their unique organizational needs to help them achieve their goals most efficiently. Our clients benefit from his natural ability to communicate effectively, as well as his expertise in data analysis, establishing strategic priorities, and deploying successful service initiatives. Judice holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University.

Kelly Constantinetis started in August of 2014 as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with PDS. Starting her career in hospital finance over 18 years ago, Constantinetis has since served in a variety of roles within the healthcare industry including physician practice finance, operations, application support and analytics. Constantinetis has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Castleton University.

Michele Perry is Vice President of Service Delivery & Web Analytics at PDS and brings more than 20 years of healthcare information technology expertise with both clinical and financial data. She is a key leader in the continuous drive to better empower healthcare customers with state-of-the-art visualization and analytical technologies. Perry has spoken across the country on a wide range of topics including the improvement of financial operations with business intelligence, best practices in data blending, and healthcare enterprise data governance.
Since joining PDS in 2012, Rodrigues has been supporting healthcare organizations nationwide to help improve performance using best practice analytics. In his new role, Rodrigues will lead training initiatives with our growing sales team and continue to demonstrate the value of PDS solutions to prospective clients. Rodrigues frequently showcases PDS best practice solutions at national conferences and on PDS-hosted webinars.
Roy Hasselman has been involved in all facets of software development for over 35 years. Prior to joining PDS, he was the Chief Architect and Head Developer of a leading practice management application that is in use at thousands of healthcare offices across the United States. In his 13+ years with PDS, Hasselman has pioneered data warehouse solutions for various leading practice management systems, developed Portal web viewer and dashboard distribution applications, and provided technical leadership and standards definition to other developers.
Russell J. Hendrickson, CEO helps healthcare organizations strategize to expand their use of analytics, visualization and enterprise data warehousing. His innovative solutions help drive organizational success while solving complex problems related to the business of healthcare. Hendrickson is directly involved in creative and continual product development that ensures best practice healthcare management. His 25+ years of management and healthcare experience has brought him around the country to work with clients and speak at healthcare conferences regionally and nationally.
Russell Hendrickson joins PDS at the start of 2000 as Vice President of Sales. His goal is to expand our analytics solutions suite and market to larger national health systems. The tagline Steve and Russell coin in the early days of PDS is still in use today; we are "Information Architects for Healthcare."

Scott Everitt, MBA has spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry, holding key leadership positions in Finance, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Access and Physician Practice Management. Everitt has achieved significant success in his role as PDS' Vice President of Healthcare Solutions by helping clients to improve operational and financial efficiency.
