Mindfulness means being aware of what is going on while it's happening, moment by moment. Through mindfulness, we become more aware of thoughts, emotions and sensations in the body. By becoming present in this way, we can develop awareness of the way emotional and cognitive patterns condition us, and recognise our own authenticity and deeper embodied wisdom.
