Cody Stambaugh is very good Commercial Real Estate Broker. He made sure to be on top of every detail during the purchasing process. Every time he had any new information, he called at the same time to let me know. Corey Sandberg, Dallas Sandberg, and Andrew Monette have been involved in private capital real estate since the early 2000's. Since joining Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors he has embraced the entrepreneurial qualities of working for a boutique firm and enjoys having the flexibility to work on many different types of real estate transactions.

Justin R. Krieger is a Principal and a founding member of the retail/investment group at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. Justin specializes in representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of retail centers and single tenant net leased properties throughout Colorado. In addition to his retail focus, Justin has successfully closed office, industrial, land, and mineral rights (oil & gas) transactions. Justin has been recognized by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) as a top five investment broker and a top five young broker in Colorado. Justin, who is also a licensed attorney, focuses on working with private investors, who appreciate his attention to detail and strong advocacy skills.
As a CRE investor, I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Krebsbach for about three years. Over this time we have closed one acquisition and worked on several dozen deal reviews together. Before I established my own private equity firm in 2011, I spent twenty years in Manhattan with JP Morgan Chase then with Citi's Private Bank as Managing Director/Private Banker. Peter Peluso serves as Vice President at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, where he specializes in the sale of retail assets. Peter's professional acumen extends far beyond retail with experience in hotel assets, sale-leaseback strategies, and portfolio sales in both Colorado and on a national level.
Peter brings with him a diverse background in real estate that includes, commercial real estate brokerage, portfolio management, financial analysis, construction management, permitting, development, and acquisitions/dispositions planning; providing his clients with access to a knowledge base that goes beyond just the transaction.
Peter has worked with a diverse range of clients from local family investors to national investment firms, helping them create wealth through real estate and achieve their personal and business goals. Leveraging over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry Peter has the knowledge and skill set to overcome any deal complexity, ensuring a thoughtful and client-focused transaction through all stages of investment sale process.
Robert Lawson begun his professional career in commercial real estate at the age of 18 when he was first licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Broker and brings years of experience from a large brokerage firm on the Western Slope of Colorado where he specialized in Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Multifamily Properties. He holds two bachelor's degrees, Economics and Finance, from The School of Business Administration at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Robert's clients and colleagues commend him on his excellent customer service, honesty, trustworthiness, and intimate local market knowledge. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, trail running, and whitewater kayaking.
