With 34 years of experience in product development and manufacturing, Mr. Traywick has spent his career exclusively in the outdoor industry, to include 24 years with major outdoor products groups in the industry prior to becoming a co founder of Prometheus Group. Mr. Traywick manages and designs a wide range of products including digital cameras and accessories, cellular communication devices, game feeders and accessories and host of innovative products geared specifically to the outdoor segment.

Mr. Gregory also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA. With 29 years of executive leadership experience, Mark Gregory has spent the last 17 years exclusively in the outdoor industry, and served as CEO a large sporting goods manufacturer.
