RANCOCAS CREEK ASSOCIATION

The Rancocas Creek Association (RCA) is an organization with a long history. It was originally a "campers' association" formed by families from Camden, Philadelphia and other surrounding towns summering along the Creek between Smithville and Mt. Holly in the 1930's. Although the Creek and the entire region have undergone many changes since then, the RCA has remained a permanent fixture in the area, working to improve the environment for both the local residents and all who wish to enjoy the Rancocas Creek's natural beauty... We are the Rancocas Creek Association, based in Mt. Holly and Smithville of Eastampton Township, New Jersey... • Water Quality: We collaborate with State and local agencies and private organizations to monitor and maintain water quality and to identify sources of pollution and siltation.
