R&R Tackle, established in 2001, is a family business owned by Ray and Charmain Rosher. We manufacture meticulously crafted affordable fishing products. Made from high quality materials, every product was designed by Capt. Ray Rosher with the input of his Pro Staff and fellow crewmen... R & R Tackle is a manufacturer of quality saltwater fishing products including bait rigs, jigs, mahi lures, wahoo lures, deep drop rigs, bait pens, and dehookers. Ray Rosher has been fishing clients as a full time offshore guide since 1980. He and his wife, Charmain, have spent many years competing in blue water tournaments in South Florida and in several other countries. This journey has inspired much of the design and attention to detail that you will find in their products. Ray and his crewmen have the privilege of testing these products in South Florida on their Miss Britt Charter Boats.
