We have come to recognize that the same passion and vision that calls individuals to action all too often distracts them from the fundamentals of organizational development and management. Their well-intentioned effort is often undermined by the lack of alignment between vision and process, mission and practice. Based on our collective capacity to work and succeed in such organizations, and out of our fundamental desire to improve those organizations meant to serve others, Qapere was formed.
