RIGHTMIND ADVERTISING - Key Persons
Alex Yahola has been with Rightmind since the very beginning. With over 17 years of graphic design experience, he is the agency's Art Director. He takes ideas and turns them into creative solutions. His skills are many, but his expertise is print and digital design, as well as copywriting for all mediums.
He has won numerous advertising awards and is recognized regionally as one of the best in the industry. Just ask him. Alex received his Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. But before he started his graphic design journey, he was in the construction and steel industry. So obviously he is our resident MacGyver…or MacGruber. It just depends on the day.
Alex enjoys smoking BBQ, hanging with family and friends and tending bar at his very own custom built Tiki Hut.

Bobby has over 10 years of experience in both traditional and digital design. Bobby leads our digital projects with his self-proclaimed mad skills and creativity. A constant learner, he stays on top of new design trends and techniques in the offline and online world. Bobby has experience with print design, digital design, website development, video editing, and copywriting.
Bobby is an award-winner at the local and national level, but he doesn't let that go to his head. He likes to say he is but a humble design genius. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and is currently working towards a master's degree in graphic design.
In his spare time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife Kristie and daughter Avery. He's rumored to be a pretty good cook, but a horrible video gamer. And he is the undisputed world's okayest dad. He has the mug to prove it.

Chad is the owner and chief Creative Director. Before founding Rightmind in 2006, Chad worked for Advertising Plus in Fort Smith where he worked on projects for Weatherford, Pratt & Whitney and more regional banks than he can remember. He has over 28 years of experience and directs all creative projects, as well as client services. He has won numerous advertising awards from the American Advertising Federation. Over the years, Chad has successfully created memorable campaigns for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies
Chad is dedicated to the Fort Smith river valley and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas/Oklahoma State Fair and The Old Fort Days Rodeo, Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum, The Fort Smith Jaycees, American Advertising Federation of Fort Smith and the Peacemaker Music Festival. He holds a degree in graphic design from Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee.
In addition to being a seasoned creative pro, he is a husband, live music lover and accomplished pontoon boat captain.
Ngoc was born and raised in Vietnam. She graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She interned at Rightmind in 2014 and never left. So, we decided we should probably start paying her. Ngoc specializes in both print and digital media. Her design style is clean and friendly while always maintaining company branding for our clients. She is a continuous learner who is always eager to get the job done right every time. She has worked on design projects for a wide range of clients, but one of her favorites is Parrot Island Waterpark. Her work has helped establish the waterpark as the premier attraction in our area.
Ngoc loves listening to music, traveling with her family and volunteering at church.

Troy serves as our lead Director of Photography and token bald, bearded millennial. He is a native of Northwest Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) where he was born and raised. He made us include that Buckeye line. He first attended THE Ohio State University then transferred to Bowling Green State University where he graduated in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications with a focus on video production. Troy has a true passion for video and photography, and it shows in his award-winning work. Prior to Rightmind, Troy worked at a local television affiliate, where he mastered the skills of writing, shooting, and editing, all in one day. And with no budget.
