The core development of the company is the GUEST MANAGER property management system (PMS). This system was conceived using the knowledge and experience previously gained in other key commercial areas, such as the wholesale, retail and airline operational sectors... We are a South African company, established in 1999 with the objective of creating world class Windows based front-office hotel systems. Guest Manager Professional was built for medium to large Lodging enterprises and has been well received by customers throughout Southern Africa. We believe that system functionality and human support are both core ingredients of quality customer service. To ensure that our software addresses key business needs, we insist upon business representation throughout the development cycle. All our software is developed by ourselves rather than acquired from third parties.
