RITZ LAW

Prior to founding Ritz Law in January 2006, Leonard Ritz was a real estate associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and at Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman. His practice includes condominium and cooperative law, commercial leasing, and construction law. He is a member of the NYSBA Condominium and Cooperative Law Committee, Commercial Leasing Committee, and the Construction Law Committee. Mr. Ritz has represented developers of condominium projects throughout New York City, including The Trump Organization and The Related Companies. He has played an active role in the development of offering plans and the sale of units for projects ranging in size from four to 400 units, including Trump World Tower, and One Central Park at the Time Warner Center. Mr. Ritz graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Cardozo School of Law in 1996 and is an active member of its Alumni Executive Committee.
