Christy oversees daily operations as Masterpiece Design Group's President/COO, but her creative drive also allows her to help deliver distinct design for individual projects.
Ingenuity is in Christy's nature, and her strong business mind and artistic passion were evident early on in life. She started thinking about running a business at the age of 15, and by 17, she was designing and creating her own line of "art jackets" that were sold in three malls throughout Texas. Later, after years of working in the interior design world, Christy and her mother Carol saw the opportunity to create a full-service design firm - and the rest is history.
Now, Christy is highly regarded throughout the builder and design community as a recognized speaker on current design trends. Most recently, she has served as a judge and speaker at the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) and has lectured at both the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) and Southeast Building Conference (SEBC).
In her free time, Christy loves traveling, fishing or attending sports events with her husband, Don, and their two children, Jacob and Rylie.

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Don works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our designers' visions are brought to life and executed seamlessly. Don manages our 20,000-square-foot product warehouse, the logistical staff and its fleet of vehicles; with a hand in every step of our operation, it's his personal mission to guarantee client satisfaction.
Before joining Masterpiece in 2000, Don graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in communications and computer science. Since then, he has become an instrumental part of Masterpiece's success, and as the only employee to attend every one of the 1,500+ model and residential installations in company history, Don's dedication is unmatched.
Between the 4 a.m. wake-up calls and late-night installations for work, Don enjoys giving back to his community through Christian Help and Second Harvest Food Bank, coaching his son's baseball team, fishing and spending time with his wife of 18 years, Christy, and their two children, Jacob and Rylie.
Since the inception of Masterpiece Design Group, Adair has been a driving force behind creating stability and longevity for the firm. Adair focuses on cultivating an efficient and productive business operation as first CEO, now CFO of the company. His dedication to the financial health of the company has greatly contributed to its longevity in the industry.
Before Masterpiece, Adair earned his BBA and MBA in accounting and economics and has helped build/operate several businesses in Texas. He's worked for two national CPA firms, founded a commercial real estate development company, constructed commercial properties and led mergers/acquisitions for the country's largest marina operator. Now, Adair is deeply fulfilled to apply his knowledge and experience to a family business where calculations and creativity collide.
When he's out of office, Adair can be found on the golf course. After playing in college and later as an amateur, he's now proud of shooting his age - more than once! Adair is married to Masterpiece's Co-Founder, Carol, and enjoys spending time with his greatest successes, their three children and eight grandchildren.
Chief Financial Officer, Adair Ratliff, also joined the company as a founding Partner to assist in the areas of organizational management, finance, growth and continuity, followed by Vice President of Operations and Partner, Don Scanlon, to direct operations and logistics.
Jannett joined Masterpiece in 2018 and quickly became a marquee team member. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jannett creates informed strategies to keep the company on track for its budget and revenue goals. In addition to managing overall growth, she oversees Masterpiece's residential and commercial divisions, working closely with builders, architects and clients. Her strong project management skills, leadership and ingenuity ensure projects are executed with success and play a major role in elevating the Masterpiece brand.
After studying at Stetson University, Jannett worked in finance assisting clients with their investment portfolios and retirement planning. She then transitioned her talents to publishing and served as the publisher of an international business art magazine, which focused on teaching artists how to be successful entrepreneurs. With her years of finance and publishing experience, Jannett was thrilled to join Masterpiece where she combines her business savvy and passion for creativity.
When Jannett isn't helping expand the business, you will find her spending time with her two kids, Brooke and Landon, and her furry baby, Finnegan. She also enjoys traveling (anywhere with crystal-blue waters), yoga and reading.
Since joining Saturday Models in 2006, Karin has focused on building and expanding this model home furniture resale division of Masterpiece Design Group. She and her talented team have worked with builders all across Florida to develop the Saturday Models Division, which has grown from hosting two sales events per year to multiple sales per month.
Karin studied business administration and marketing at Lakehead University and later worked in the banking industry in Toronto. Her wealth of experience in banking and customer service has helped Karin transform Saturday Models into the highly regarded division it is today.
In her downtime, Karin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jerry; stepson, Joseph; and dog, Chewie. She also travels to Canada several times a year to visit her family.

Lauren manages our Model Merchandising division's marketing, branding and client support as the Director of Marketing. Having worked for a national production home builder prior to joining Masterpiece in 2014, she brings a key 360-degree perspective on sales and marketing through her experience with both builders and design.
A native Floridian, Lauren graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Marketing and minor in Mass Communication. Go Gators! While not with her work family, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, Bobby; making trips to the beach in her hometown of Melbourne, FL; traveling to snowy destinations, and visiting with family. She also has a passion for exploring the limits of Photoshop, and her Jack Russell, Princeton.
Lauren is a long-standing member of the Great Orlando Builder's Association (GOBA) and the Sales & Marketing Council.

Lisa plays an integral role at Masterpiece as Senior Vice President and Director of Design. She applies her strong leadership and artistic skills while overseeing all of the design teams, working directly with our designers and clients to ensure success for each project every step of the way.
Lisa brought her positive attitude, attention to detail and creativity to Masterpiece in 2004, but she's known she wanted to be in interior design since the seventh grade. After gaining early experience in the industry alongside her aunt, Lisa began working with local designers throughout high school. She continued to follow her passion at Florida State University where she graduated at the top of her class and was recognized for her excellence by being one of two students elected to present at the Regional Design Awards. Her recognition continued in her professional career at Masterpiece, winning several M Awards and multiple Aurora Awards.
Beyond design, Lisa's interests include fitness, gardening and anything in the great outdoors with her husband Joe, and her two children, John and McKenna.
