Caila Anderson

Caila Anderson is the marketing and strategy senior consultant for Ronstadt Associates PR. She brings her expertise in brand management, product launches, digital marketing, advertising, media relations and writing to the team. Caila handles both local and national campaigns and has worked with clients across industries including Cricket Wireless, Motorola, NASCAR, South Georgia Medical Health System, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Way and Valdosta State University. In her over 20 years of experience, she has worked with senior management and award winning agencies perfecting her marketing communication skills to help increase brand awareness for start-ups and non-profits to well established brands. Caila has a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications, from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism, and a B.A. in business from University of San Diego.

Lia Hurd

Lia Hurd joined the Ronstadt & Associates PR team in 2019 as an intern and has been able to grow in the company since then. Lia brings her devotion and passion for market research, data analysis, and media relations to the Ronstadt team. Her PR prior experience includes work for clients while she was a journalism student at California State University Northridge (CSUN), including KCSN-FM Radio, Compton Unified School District and California Dating App. Lia is a current Masters of Communication Management student at the University of Southern California. Prior to studying at USC, Hurd graduated from California State University Northridge with a BA in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in interactive marketing.
