Char Boulch, MSN, RN, was 19 when she found her passion: helping people. She was working as a patient access clerk at the time, and she decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, who were both nurses. She attended nursing school and went to work in the emergency department at North Broward Medical Center in Florida. Over the next 20 years, she progressed in her career from assistant nurse manager to department director to assistant chief nursing officer. Her most recent position was chief nursing officer at Willamette Valley Medical Center in Oregon. During this time, she also earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from South University and a master's degree in nurse leadership from Walden University. She is currently working on earning her doctorate degree in nursing practice. She joined the Saline Health System family in February 2023.

Michael Stewart assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer at Saline Health System in Benton, Arkansas on November 30, 2018. He brings nearly 15 years of healthcare experience to this role. Stewart came to Saline Health System from Navarro Regional Hospital in Corsicana, Texas, where he served as CEO since 2014. Prior to his time at Navarro Regional, he spent two years as the COO/Administrator for Northwest Health System in Springdale, Arkansas and seven years in executive leadership roles at hospitals in California and Florida. Prior to his healthcare career, Stewart spent four years as a member of the United States Air Force where he rose to the rank of Captain. He received his MBA from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.

Tim Donahue joined the Saline Health System team in March 2023. He brings more than 20 years of experience working in health care finance, including serving as chief financial officer at hospitals and medical equipment companies in Kentucky. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville. As chief financial officer, he provides leadership and direction to all financial departments for the overall fiscal responsibility of the hospital.
