He also made his reputation prosecuting D.U.I. cases for the Village of Downers Grove and the Village of Glen Ellyn... Also while in private practice Frank worked as a contract attorney for the Illinois Secretary of State handling cases where person's driving privileges had been revoked for multiple D.U.I. offenses, reckless homicide offenses, and the use of fraudulent driver's licenses. By working as a Secretary of State attorney Frank has become intimate with the numerous, complex and often perplexing rules the Illinois Secretary of State established for Illinois drivers to regain their driving privileges.
