Abby Roebuck is from Berkeley County WV and recently graduated with honors from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. She received her bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019. She genuinely loves getting to know each of her patients and helping them care for their dental oral health. Abby resides in Inwood with her husband Evan.
Brenda Arndt is a graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Brenda's desire to learn more about dentistry has led her to complete several of Linda Mile's lectures as well as attend personal consulting seminars both in and out of the office. She has also completed Dental Boot Kamp I and II with Walter Hayley and Steve Anderson and several courses with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Brenda attributes the success of Smile Designs of the Shenandoah Valley to its service. "We treat people as if they are coming into our own homes," she says. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is seeing patients' increase in confidence after Dr. Banks and his staff create beautiful new smiles for them. Her beautiful smile was created just for her, by Dr. Kenneth Banks.
Christy Thompson is from Winchester, Virginia. She moved to Berkeley County in 1998. She has completed several courses, including Dental Boot Kamp with Steve Anderson and the late Walter Hayley, as well as Linda Miles lectures.
Her passion for learning more about dentistry and her good communication skills make her an excellent concierge at our dental practice. She is also a testament to the wonderful work Dr. Banks accomplishes-her beautiful smile was created by Dr. Banks himself.
Deanna has been a Berkeley County resident since 1998. After graduating from Musselman High School in 2003, she attended Valley College, which has aided in her proficient administrative duties. She has mastered classes in Orlando Florida for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Deanna is our front desk coordinator who greets our patients with her beautiful smile!
Diana Marsh is from Keyser, West Virginia. She studied under Linda Miles and has taken several classes with the AACE in Boston, Hawaii, and Atlanta.
She and her husband, Mike, have three grown children: Michael, Aaron, and Brittany and several grandchildren. Diana loves our patients and appreciates being a part of our fun-loving dental team. She is proud of what we can do for patients and their smiles.

Missey Hull is a graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She has attended many of Linda Miles's courses, as well as Dental Boot Kamp I and II and a soft tissue management course through Dental Boot Kamp. In addition, she has attended numerous meeting classes from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Missey also received her Public Health permit in 2014, giving her the opportunity to teach at Hagerstown Community College as an adjunct faculty in the Dental Hygiene department.
A lifelong resident of Berkeley County, Missey is married to Mark Hull and has two children Rachel and Blake.
Sue is from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. She assists our doctors as well as our patients in any way she can.
Sue's continuing education training includes Dental Boot Kamp I and II and courses with Linda Miles. She also assisted Dr. Banks in San Francisco, CA at PAC-Live's Anterior Aesthetic Program and Ultimate Synergy.
Sue and her husband, Mark, have two children, and Sue is a grandmother of three. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and gardening. Sue contributes with her friendly smile to the professional care we provide.
