With over 18 years of experience across diverse areas of HR in the Financial Services industry, Lajja leads the HR & Administration vertical for Spark Capital.
She joined Spark from ASK Investment Managers where she partnered with the Wealth Management (India) & Fund Raising (Singapore) businesses driving their people strategies.
Prior to this, she worked with ICICI Venture Funds Management in a generalist role covering various gamut of HR for the Fund. She started her career with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (TOI Group) focusing on people initiatives for the Editorial departments.
She is a Commerce Graduate and holds an MBA in HR from Mumbai University.

Rajesh has 23 years of work experience in financial services and equities and has been with Spark since 2000. He helped build the Institutional Equities business at Spark Capital prior to his stint at PWM. He's earlier worked with Peregrine, BNP Prime Peregrine, JM Morgan Stanley, and HSBC Invest direct. Ramakrishnan (Ramki) is Spark's go-to man for all of their strategic relationships. Finely tuned into the ecosystem, he is Spark's most visible face. With over two decades of experience including a stint at ICICI Securities as their Investment banking head for South India, Ramki brings trust and relationships to play at Spark and acts as a custodian of clients' interests. He is an MBA from BIM, Trichy.

Suresh was part of the leadership team that conceptualized Spark's entry into the Institutional Equities business. An MBA from BIM, Trichy, he started his career with Synergy Credit Corporation at Mumbai and has had stints with Cholamandalam Securities and IL&FS Investsmart.

Vijay leads the Technology & Business Services Investment Banking Practice and has over 25 years of work experience. He worked at KPMG, Chennai and iVega Corporation (subsequently acquired by TCG) in the US, before joining Spark in 2001. At Spark, Vijay has played multiple roles, on the sell and buy-side, including more recently, being a Small-Cap Portfolio Manager with Spark's Asset Management Division. Before that, he was CFO of the Spark Group, handled Proprietary Trading activities for the Firm and also had oversight of all early-stage-investing initiatives from Spark's Balance Sheet. During 2007 to 2012, he was an entrepreneur and co-founded a venture in the hospitality space that still operates today. Vijay holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and is a Rank-holder Chartered Accountant.

Virendra brings over 22 years of Investment banking experience across private equity, M&A advisory and capital market transactions. He has led deals across segments of healthcare and lifesciences such as domestic formulations, APIs, CDMO, hospitals, distribution, diagnostics, single specialty and health-tech. He has spearheaded and been part of M&A and PE deals aggregating over USD 3.5 Bn across various sectors incl. healthcare and lifesciences. In addition, he has led capital market deals aggregating over $2.5B. Prior to joining Spark Capital, he was with JM Financial as an Executive Director in the healthcare and consumer team and with JM Morgan Stanley as Vice President. Virendra is a mechanical engineer from VJTI, MBA (Fin) from JBIMS and has a CFA charter from CFA Institute, USA.
