John B. Sardi is founder of SPEC Equipment Corporation, the global remanufacturer of semiconductor equipment specializing in performance enhancements and upgrades to legacy process equipment. John is a veteran executive, spending more than 45 years in the semiconductor industry and working with the world's largest semiconductor and chip manufacturers.
Prior to founding SPEC in 1998, John spent over a decade as a top-level executive and manufacturer's rep for name brand, new and refurbished semiconductor manufacturing equipment. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Asyst Technologies, he was responsible for the introduction and distribution of standard mechanical interface (SMIF) products-today the industry standard for wafer transportation and movement. While Vice President of Sales at MTI, John was responsible primarily for lithography equipment that provided coating, development, etch, clean and strip. Additionally, John held positions in equipment engineering and maintenance for IBM and Cogar Corporation in New York. John began his career as a Navy officer where he earned his certification as an electrician.

Lee Stevens, SPEC's Operation Manager has had 35 years experience in the Semiconductor Arena. Lee has been with SPEC since 2011 and has been an exceptional leader. His Professional training in Sales, Management, Team building and Leadership has made him invaluable as our Operation's Manager.
Previous experience has been Vice President, Sales and Operations at Chemical Safety Technology in San Jose, CA, Vice President of Wafer Products Division at Nexgen Technologies in Santa Clara, CA. He was recruited by Nexgen to support their new company start up in Santa Clara, CA. Lee was also Vice President of Sales, Managed global customer, product, and business development for Akrion LLC in Santa Clara, California.
