Bill Johnson has been in the water treatment business serving Morehead City and eastern North Carolina for the past 44 years. Bill, along with his office manager, Sybil Britt, opened Soft Water Solutions, LLC. in 2012 in an effort to keep pricing for water softeners, water filtration, and reverse osmosis purification systems at an affordable cost to the community. We continue to service customers that purchased systems over 30 years ago. All our customers enjoy friendly and professional on time service.
Will and Kate have also joined the Johnson family business. Will has been through extensive training and has become licensed by the parent company WaterCare, Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin in order to provide the highest quality of service as the local WaterCare Dealer for Eastern NC, doing business as Soft Water Solutions, LLC.
Kate serves as our customer service manager.
