Agathe graduated from the National School of Chemistry of Montpellier (ENSCM) Chemistry School in 2015 and received her Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry at Aix-Marseille University in 2018 on functional hybrid thin films. She became a member of the SPECIFIC POLYMERS team in 2015 and she is now leading the Advanced Materials and Coatings' activity (AMC), conducting R&D projects for industrial and collaborative partners.
Over the years, she had the opportunity to work on challenging and successful projects such as the implementation of new resins for biometric identification, the embedding of biological components with preservation of bio-fluorescence or for the energy sector (electrodes and membranes for supercapacitor).Moreover, she conducted innovative developments on coatings exhibiting various properties like high electronic conductivity, anticontamination or anti-erosion behavior. One of her fields of research is also dedicated to the development of high performance resins for composites (RTM, infusion, prepreg), showing for instance continuous use temperature above 250°C.
With her team, Agathe aims to support SP's customers in the development of innovative formulations or impart new functionalities and added value to existing products. The spectrum of application is large, going from functional coatings to resins with enhanced performances for composite. Thanks to our ability to handle a large variety of chemistries and with the support of the molecular dynamics, the objective of the team AMC is to adapt our know-how to complex specifications requirements, both properties and process related. Moreover, through our research, we want to provide as much as possible our customers with sustainable solutions using chemicals with high bio-content or limiting the amount of COV in our formulations.

Bénédicte graduated from "ecole nationale supérieure de chimie de Montpellier" (ENSCM) in 2007 and performed a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and drug discovery in 2010 in collaboration with Idenix Pharmaceuticals and the "architectures moléculaires et matériaux nanostructurés" (AM2N) team (ICG-UM2-ENSCM). After more than nine years working in the pharmaceutical R&D field, she joined SPECIFIC POLYMERS in 2018. With experience in the management of chemist teams, R&D programs and chemistry laboratories, she supervises the R&D product portfolio as well as the synthesis laborator y. In addition, Bénédicte is responsible for internal research and is thus highly involved in various R&D projects in the fields of health, energy, environment and high-performance materials.

Cécile joined the company in 2018. She has more than 20 years of expertise in the characterization of polymeric matrices acquired in various industrial sectors. Its various technical skills make it possible to develop specific analyzes for our clients.

Pauline graduated from the "école nationale supérieure de chimie, de biologie et de physique" (ENSCBP) Chemistry School in 2017 and she received her Ph.D in polymer chemistry at Sorbonne University in 2020. Her professional experience includes the synthesis and characterization of functional polymers through controlled radical polymerization, step-growth polymerization and polymer post-modification. Pauline also has extensive knowledge of organic chemistry and the design of innovative monomers and building blocks of interest in various fields. She became a member of the SPECIFIC POLYMERS team in 2020 to lead industrial R&D and custom synthesis projects.
Sandrine received a BETC Higher National Diploma specializing in accountancy and management in 1997. Today she has more than 20 years of expertise. Her multi-skilled competences and knowledge extend from clerical skills to management with different roles such as customer and recovery management and purchasing and supplier manager. Sandrine joined the SPECIFIC POLYMERS team in 2019 and has become an accountant in the company.
