Lori Emerson joined the team at Skelton, Willis & Wallace, LLP, in April 1997. Lori is paralegal to Robert H. Willis, Jr., and is responsible for handling various corporate, real estate, estate planning, civil, and probate matters. Lori moved to Florida from North Attleboro, MA. She is an alumnus of Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, and a graduate of St. Petersburg Junior College, now known as St. Petersburg College.

Peter R. Wallace

PETER R WALLACE is a St. Petersburg native and alumnus of St. Petersburg High School, a 1976 graduate of Harvard College and a 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School. Upon graduating from law school Peter clerked for Judge Paul H. Roney on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and then joined a St. Petersburg law firm. He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives from a district in St. Petersburg in 1982 and served until 1996. During his final two years in office he was Speaker of the House, the only person from Pinellas County ever to serve in that post. In 1998, he ran statewide for the cabinet post of Commission of Education. Peter returned to the practice of law with the St. Petersburg firm of Skelton, Willis & Wallace, LLP, in 2000. His wife, Helen Pruitt Wallace, is a professor of creative writing at Eckerd College. In 2010, Peter was honored by the dedication of the Peter Rudy Wallace Florida Center for Teachers on the campus of the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg.

Stacey Whitworth joined the firm of Skelton, Willis & Wallace, LLP, in March 2000. Stacey is legal assistant to Peter Wallace, and previously worked for James P. Bennett and Robert H. Willis, Sr. Her responsibilities include estate planning and probate matters. Stacey is a St. Petersburg native and lifetime resident.
