In 2018, TransCounty Title Agency welcomed Abbie as an escrow officer at the Circleville location. Her extensive and varied background in the financial sector includes experience as a teller, processor, loan originator, auditor and assistant manager. Abbie's passion to be involved in her community is evident in her previous positions at a local library, museum and the City of Circleville. She is a Pickaway County native and is currently involved in many clubs, the Circleville Pumpkin Show and exhibiting floral designs at the Ohio State Fair and the Columbus Museum of Art. Abbie is an avid foodie, loves to travel and enjoys spending time outdoors on her six-acre property.
Beate began her career in the title industry in 1989, moving to TransCounty Title Agency in 2013. Early in her career, she was fortunate to have real estate and probate attorney mentors who enhanced her understanding of the title industry and underwriting guidelines. During this time, she held positions as a title department manager and assistant branch manager. In 1998, Beate found her true niche as a title abstractor. She enjoys the challenges of this career path as searching for a complicated title is comparable to assembling an intricate puzzle. Beate's knowledge also extends into understanding purchase, refinance and real estate owned (REO) transactions as well as commitment preparation. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two rescue cats, riding her motorcycle and attending charitable events throughout the riding season. One benefit ride close to her heart is "Ride to Feed the Homeless" where money is collected to support the homeless communities in Columbus.

As an experienced, licensed title agent, Cari relies on more than 25 years of experience and expertise to guide her clients in the process of buying, selling and refinancing their homes. She has been in the title industry since 1998, starting as a receptionist and progressing to processor, closer, manager and owner. Cari is proficient at working with files from start to finish and prides herself on excellent communication and service to all parties involved in a transaction. She enjoys building relationships with real estate professionals, other industry affiliates and colleagues in the title industry. Cari shares her life with her plus-one on a small farm in Morrow County. Her hobbies include taking care of their horses and mini mules on the farm, trail riding in state parks throughout Ohio and fox hunting. She enjoys being a member of the local fox hunting group, Rocky Fork Headley Hunt in Gahanna, where the club preserves the tradition of fox hunting while protecting and conserving wildlife and its habitat.
With seven years of banking experience and a license in Life and Property & Casualty Insurance, Christina gravitated toward the title industry where she spent twelve years of her professional career working for two large underwriters as an escrow officer. As her enthusiasm for the industry continued to develop, she joined TransCounty Title in 2018 as an escrow officer and a champion for quality customer service. Christina is deeply committed to the customer and strives to put people at ease during the closing process. Born in Fairfax, VA, and growing up in Beckley, West Virginia, she now lives in Pickerington, Ohio, with her husband and two very active and energetic boys.

Krista joins TransCounty Title with 18 years of executive sales experience. During a successful career as an executive recruiter, she found herself drawn to the real estate market where she could build strong client-focused relationships with her realtor partners. Krista's commitment to exceptional customer service is what drives her success, with her passion and drive elevating her to the top 5% of company sales throughout her career. She also prides herself on building long-standing client partnerships. Krista believes that her clients deserve personalized, caring service; therefore, Krista is always on call, working when her clients work, which in the real estate arena is 24/7. She was born into an Army family and lived in five states before the age of five, when her family finally relocated to Fremont, Ohio. Her father took over a generational law firm that became a title agency - Culbert Title Agency. Many years later, she would find herself following in her father's footsteps. Krista graduated from The Ohio State University in 1996 with a bachelor's in communications. She is a proud mother of three and enjoys volunteering around her community, at church and with the Columbus Board of Realtors. Krista is currently a board member of the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association and secretary for the Midtown Realtor Group.
Natalie's title career of twenty years includes twelve years of dedicated service to TransCounty Title Agency. As an integral part of the TransCounty team for over a decade, she has provided office management expertise, administrative support for escrow officers and is currently part of the title production department where she prepares commitments and final policies. Natalie is an Ohio native and currently lives in Hilliard. She enjoys golfing with her husband, shopping with her three daughters, spending time with family and friends and caring for her cat named Leo.

Quenia joined TransCounty Title Agency in late 2023 as a licensed title agent and notary public for the state of Ohio. She has a diverse background with over twenty years of experience in title insurance, real estate, escrow and the legal profession. Quenia has consulted on all aspects of residential and commercial transactions ranging from simple cash transactions to very complex agreements exceeding $200 million. She graduated magna cum laude when she completed her Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies, and then went on to earn a Master of Science in legal studies, both from Purdue University. Quenia thoroughly enjoys music and spending time with family and friends.

Ruth joined TransCounty Title Agency in 2021 as a licensed title agent and notary for the state of Ohio with over fifteen years of experience. Her professional background in the title insurance industry includes exposure to various steps of the title process including in-depth knowledge of commitment typing and policy production. Ruth is committed to providing effective and ethical communication while guiding her clients seamlessly through closing procedures. Her success in the title industry relates directly to her ability to learn from and collaborate with title professionals and industry leaders. Born and raised in Southeast Ohio, Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University. She is a member of the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce, a past board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and an active volunteer for the Kitchen of Life. Ruth currently resides in Gahanna with her husband and their five children who are active in sports. Her family enjoys participating in outdoor activities while sharing this time with friends and family.

With a career in the title industry since 2001, Tica joined TransCounty Title Agency in 2008 to enhance her previous experience assisting clients in the closing and title process, performing order entry tasks, prioritizing file management and overseeing day-to-day production as a team lead. Beginning her career at TranCounty as a title processor, she executed commitments and policies. As Tica's experience and interest in the industry grew, she became a licensed title agent and eventually transitioned to the position of title and operations manager. She is responsible for overseeing the escrow team and the production of the title department, as well as the training and implementation of new software and procedures. She resides in Hilliard and has two daughters. In her downtime, Tica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Graduating in 2008 with a paralegal associate degree, Tiffany gravitated toward the banking industry where she spent several years learning about the financial sector. She joined TransCounty Title Agency in 2021. With over 15 years of administrative experience, Tiffany utilizes her skillset as the commercial office administrator. Her goals include superior service and personal attention balanced by exceptional organizational skills. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Joining the TransCounty Title Agency team in 2021 as an escrow officer for the residential division, Tonya's extensive experience in the industry dates back to 1995 with loan processing, originating and closing of conventional and FHA/VA mortgages. While expanding her knowledge, she uncovered her interest in the real estate profession which led her to the title industry. Tonya's skillset developed as she progressed through her career holding a position as a closing manager for a large title company for many years. In 2011, she gravitated away from the corporate world and started her own company as a mobile notary. In this role, Tonya worked directly with realtors, lenders, title companies, and homebuyers and sellers. After ten years of business ownership, she transitioned to TransCounty Title where she was committed to the customer experience and dedicated to client education. Tonya was recognized with the Circle of Champions award during her first six months at TransCounty. Born in West Virginia, she married her junior high school sweetheart and has two adult children and one beautiful granddaughter. Tonya has a passion for quilting, playing in poker tournaments, and planning private parties and gatherings.
