He is an experienced cybersecurity leader with a demonstrated track record in driving organizational resilience and protecting critical assets. Throughout his career, Alan has been recognized for his expertise in incident response, 24/7 operations, threat intelligence and security engineering. He joined Stream in 2023 with a proven track record for leading diverse teams and delivering impactful results across large enterprises, following a diverse and successful track record in start-ups, traditional banking, FinTech, crypto, point of sale, music streaming and other industries.
Adept at developing globally recognized digital forensics tools that streamline analysis processes and enhance decision-making in investigations, he has developed open-source cybersecurity tools such as CyLR, CDQR, and Skadi, which empowered a new generation of cybersecurity professionals. His contributions have earned him accolades, including teaching workshops at DEFCON and presenting at multiple SANS events, highlighting his role as a vanguard of cybersecurity innovation. Early in his professional journey, Alan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University.
In co-authoring the Amazon best seller Influence and Impact, Alan extended his expertise beyond cybersecurity into effective communication and leadership strategies. His book provides valuable insights into influencing others and making a significant impact in professional environments, expanding his position as a respected thought leader.
Allison Dawsey's high regard for the relationships she has developed across years in the data center industry makes her a cornerstone of Stream's team - but her dedication to building exceptional experiences across sophisticated deployments makes her a powerful asset for customers.
Within Stream's Global Accounts Management team, Allison is a primary point of contact for customers, supporting processes from lease signing through commissioning. Always working to exceed expectations, she ensures the collaborative development processes she manages speak for themselves.
As an award-winning sales and account executive, Allison maintains that nurturing relationships based on honesty, openness and transparency - plus genuine appreciation for the customer's journey - is what continues to make the difference.
Known for her mindset of continuous improvement and diligence, Allison's instinct for working in lock step with collaborators even extends to the animal kingdom: As a competitive showjumper, she's no stranger to overcoming hurdles, and that's a talent she has brought to the data center industry with equal dedication. Anthony Bolner is the textbook definition of a ‘glue guy,' always thinking about the human side of our industry and of Stream's efforts to bring market opportunities to customers.
After decades in the data center market, Anthony's eye for emerging commercial real estate opportunities and people-first approach have made him the ‘face of the organization' for investors, brokers and the market at large. (It also helps that he's one of the most jovial h costs we've ever met.)
As EVP, Anthony directs business development and leasing while guiding the company's ecosystem of brokerage relationships, alliance partners, channel members and Fortune 100 and hyperscale accounts. As Partner, Anthony builds Stream experiences that are honest, nice, smart and passionate.
A steadfast collaborator, Anthony frequently shares his data center and technical real estate expertise at the university, post-graduate and professional levels. He has become a fixture across industry events and organizations, sharing insights with peers, partners, graduate students and beyond as a recurring panelist and guest speaker.
If that weren't enough, Anthony is also known around Stream for his grill mastery - and, fortunately for us, he is equally as dedicated to sharing his expertise on perfecting BBQ brisket.

Brian draws upon his extensive experience in the energy sector to guide Stream customers through the complex nuances of commodity electricity procurement, demand response, discussions with regulated utilities and more. His in-depth understanding of this dynamic industry, including renewable sources, provides Stream customers with a valuable advantage as they weigh their energy options for both near-term and long-term impact.
Before joining Stream, Brian served in leadership roles with Green Mountain Energy, including supporting renewable energy programs for Portland General Electric and Florida Power & Light. He has also consulted on national projects supporting the U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.

Callan spearheads an array of Stream Data Centers' financial operations and goals, including establishing budgeting processes and both creating and supporting cost savings goals and cost control programs. In her role, she architects procure-to-pay processes, ensuring the company has no gaps from purchase request through to account payment, and establishes robust financial reporting tools. She also creates build programs alongside investor partners to streamline capital draw and more. As a highly experienced executive with a rich history of building teams and programs within critical and hyperscale infrastructure businesses, she is ideally poised to empower Stream as it grows and scales on behalf of its customers.

Chad Rodriguez is the quintessential team player, and his transformative work at Stream continues to exemplify that truth.
With decades of experience in critical infrastructure and telecommunications, Chad is a leasing powerhouse. His trajectory across network sales and corporate development created close relationships with data center customers, carriers and hyperscale network teams, leading to strong dark fiber lease partnerships and experience-boosting interconnection opportunities. Putting these connections to work, Chad helps customers capitalize on disruptive technologies like AI with well-positioned data center solutions.
When markets and requirements evolve, Chad finds a smart path forward for customers, collaborates on new solutions with carriers and helps Stream teams optimize. In 2023, when AI demand was redefining hockey-stick growth and Stream's hyperscale business was accelerating, Chad built a network development A-team, in turn enabling more tailored support for hyperscale customers' unprecedented data center demand.
Stream and its customers know Chad doesn't shy away from challenge and change when they arise - an approach that can be attributed to his background in the Air Force.

Kent Watson - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Kent, a thoroughly experienced legal professional, brings a high degree of mission-critical insight to the Stream team from a range of positions representing high-net worth individuals, corporate entities, and real estate investment funds across corporate structuring, complex acquisition and disposition transactions, and operations including construction, development, leasing and financing. His experience within the data center space enables him to deliver exceptional representation as Stream Data Centers strategically expands to meet aggressive and evolving customer infrastructure requirements.
With a long history serving as the key point of contact for business teams and in-house counsels (including those at Stream), Kent offers a keen understanding of vital business and legal issues, ensuring the continued, conscientious growth and success of his teams and their customers.
Now, as an official member of Stream's in-house leadership team, Kent is the touchpoint between a range of Stream departments, leading work across a wide range of legal requirements as well as supervising the internal legal department and outside counsel. Within Stream's transactions, Watson oversees lease negotiation, along with both corporate and joint venture structuring and risk management requirements. He is also the lead for developing new internal processes and structures that enable Stream to optimize operational efficiencies, ensure risk reduction and create exceptional ease when meeting compliance standards. Across all of these duties, Kent's work remains central to Stream's promise of delivering exceptional data center experiences to customers.

Stream Data Centers acquired this state-of-the-art data center in Silicon Valley, California in June of 2005. The fully leased Tier IV facility had been built by a leading telecommunications provider.
Stream Data Centers acquired this state-of-the-art data center at 3080 Raymond Street in Santa Clara in tandem with the Duane Avenue facility, to create the 14 MW campus in June of 2005. Post-acquisition, Stream executed a long-term lease with a leading retail colocation provider.
