Barb is an illuminating and compassionate leadership coach and facilitator who engages teams to create a new story of what's possible in their lives, their organizations, their communities and their world. Barb brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and change management. Her professional background includes being a Senior Consultant in leadership for the Franklin Covey Company, a faculty for leadership development for Avaya, and a consultant for Charter Oak Consulting Group. Representative clients include: TRW, Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, General Dynamics, Women Presidents' Organization, McKinsey and Co., Parke-Davis, Young Presidents Organization and the State of Colorado.
She holds a BA in Sociology and an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, as well as a certificate in Gestalt Process. She spent two years collaborating with Scott M. Peck (from ‘The Road Less Travelled') in his Community Development Process. She is a trained CTI coach and is educated in the Hermann brain dominance instrument, Harvard Negotiation Process approach to Conflict Resolution and Emotional Intelligence.

Burke's mastery and passion is transformational leadership. His executive and team clients transform their working environments-and results-through the core disciplines of authentic leadership presence. He combines proven leadership principles with experiential learning to generate breakthroughs for leaders and leadership teams.
Burke draws on 20 years of experience teaching leadership skills, coaching executives, and facilitating leadership teams in major corporations. Prior to founding his own consulting firm Executive Wisdom Institute and co-founding Synthesis, Burke was a senior consultant for Verus Global, consulting on leadership and corporate culture. Burke has taught extensively internationally, leading leadership trainings in Latin-America, Europe, Australia, China, Russia and Japan for multinational clients including Owens-Illinois, Kellogg, Proctor and Gamble, Accenture, Nestle and Mazda.
Burke has an extensive background in educational design, human development, psychology and philosophy. He is a graduate of the Advanced Coaching and Leadership programs of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and Relationship and Organizational Systems Coaching of the Center for Right Relationship. Burke is a graduate of Williams College and earned his MA in Environmental Philosophy/Eco-Psychology from Antioch University.

Sandra holds degrees in Business Administration (BA) and Psycho-Spiritual Psychology (MA). She is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a CTI Coach and an AEC Certified Executive Coach. Her toolbox is extensive and includes NLP, Myers Briggs, Time to Think, Co-active Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Matrix Leadership and Neuroscience.
Sandra's coaching and teaching style is perceptive, intuitive, engaging and focused on the practical.
