Dani discovered her love for travel at a young age and enjoys helping students experience once in a lifetime trips. She first joined the team in 2018 after graduating from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism.

David Shriver is a former middle school educator and has 20 years of experience in the group travel industry. He is passionate about travel and views travel as the single greatest way to influence students lives for the better. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe, as well as India, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico and 40 of the 50 United States. David is married and has two young children, whom he coaches in basketball and soccer. David joined ETI in late 2021 and he looks forward to building life-changing itineraries for student groups
David has been in the educational group travel industry for 21 years, and his experience in the industry and as a former educator has helped him shine as the Trip Analyst at ETI. He's a firm believer that the greatest form of education is travel, and he loves getting to custom design itineraries and create unique experiences that capture specific themes throughout. Before his time with ETI, David taught in Europe for three summers, leading his students on incredible excursions across Continental Europe and Spain.

Donna joined the ETI team in 2005 as its Accounting Department Supervisor and was quickly promoted to General Manager. Her enthusiasm for the company and industry is infectious, and she's determined to use her position to see as many students as possible enjoy the unbelievable transformative power of travel. Donna has earned her Certified Student Travel Professional designation from the Student & Youth Travel Association.

Haylee brings to the ETI Team a wealth of experience in Retail Customer Service and Retail Operations Management. Haylee joins the ETI Team as an avid traveler, and though she has enjoyed learning all aspects of the Group Travel Business, she has found a current home on the financial side of ETI Business Operations.
As a Trip Accountant for ETI, Haylee brings a wealth of experience. She enjoys getting to learn more about the group travel business as a whole and is an avid traveler herself.
Her favorite student travel destination is Florida, thanks to its sunny environment and balmy temperatures!

Jennifer Orkisz, a travel consultant at Educational Tours Inc., taught vocal music for 25 years prior to landing at ETI. As an educator, Orkisz traveled with her choir students and saw the value of student travel firsthand. "They loved it!" Orkisz said. "Traveling with my ensembles gave my students new venues to sing in, time with professionals in clinics and the ability to see professional level performances and was a great recruitment tool. It also made me realize that with the choir trips we took, many of my students were able to travel for the first time!"
Jennifer, Travel Consultant with ETI, has been on both sides of the traveling coin, from traveling with ETI as a teacher to now planning student trips with educators. Her favorite destination for student travel is Walt Disney World: She loves seeing the positive atmosphere and exciting music group performances that fill the streets.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves gardening, directing the local church choir ensembles, singing in a barbershop quartet and reminiscing about her decade of being in 4-H.

Kim's passion for student travel was first formed as a high school band member and lead her to earn an associate's degree in Travel . She has visited many of the top student destinations throughout the United States, which developed her expertise on the ins-and-outs of each destination. Kim takes pride in being able to thoughtfully counsel her clients throughout the trip planning process.
Kim, an ETI Travel Consultant, has been a part of ETI since 2003, where she got her start in itineraries before moving into sales. For Kim, the best part of her job is getting to hear the stories about students who have never traveled before and connecting with clients who feel like friends. Chicago was one of her favorite destinations as a student traveler herself, but she says New York is where every student should visit once in their lifetime.

With both Business and Music degrees, and a love of travel, Shannon easily found her place at ETI. Beginning as an ETI Trip Coordinator over twenty years ago, she enjoys working with Group Leaders on the financial side of Trips in her current position.
Beginning as an ETI Trip Coordinator over 20 years ago, Shannon is now Accounts Receivable, working with travelers to ensure trip costs are affordable and payment is easy! Shannon has a variety of travel experiences from 47 different states under her belt, and says that every destination has its own unique attractions and opportunities for making memories. Regardless of the destination, she encourages getting out and traveling to somewhere new.
Her weekends are filled with attending performances and sporting events for her nieces and nephews, volunteering at her church (she's a master at creating Pinewood Derby cars!) and planning her next National Park visit.

With over 40 years in the customer service business and running her own business with her husband for 30 plus years, Shari is our Field Operations Director. She schedules all the Tour Managers, that lead each trip. Along with her love for travel and passion for new experiences, Shari enjoys working with our ETI family to give fantastic, fun learning opportunities to all our groups.
Field Operations Director Shari has a direct hand in organizing all of the details for group trips, including reservations for hotels, flights and more, and she also books ETI's tradeshows and conferences throughout the year for team members to attend. When asked about her most memorable travel experience as a student, she cites her Spanish class' trip to Mexico City, Acapulco and Taxco as a fond favorite.
Outside of work, Shari enjoys golfing, boating and of course, traveling to warmer places in the winter. (And with her previous experience as a professional truck driver-and having a chauffeur's license-it's safe to say that Shari loves to take road trips to sunny destinations!)

Shelly manages ETI's relationships with group leaders and our industry partners to ensure our groups receive the same quality of service they expect from us. Her past experience as a travel manager instilled in her a commitment to the importance of every minute detail during a trip.

An accountant at ETI, Sherrie is keen on the details. Both before a trip begins and once travelers return, Sherrie's role is pivotal in ensuring every traveler's invoice has been accounted for. On her list of destinations she would love to explore, Germany is at the top, but she also notes that any country with a healthy dose of sunshine would be great, too.
