During our off season we are available by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30-4:00... The Tioga Central Railroad of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania operates excursion trains on a thirty-four mile railroad extending north from Wellsboro, Pennsylvania to a location about three miles south of Corning, New York.
