Mr. Elliott serves as vice president of Topside Contracting. His responsibilities include overseeing project estimation and management, sales, marketing, and overall company management. Since graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in construction science in 1982, Mr. Elliott has worked continuously in the roofing contracting business. He has completed numerous multi-year roofing contracts with the federal government, including almost totally reroofing two entire military bases due to hurricane damage.
Mr. Fernandez serves as president of Topside Contracting and plays an active role in sales, marketing, and overall company management. Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 1981 with a degree in civil engineering, Mr. Fernandez has worked in the construction industry, accumulating 27 years of experience. His experience includes working with city, county, state, and federal government agencies and with the private sector. Having worked in two major hurricane restorations, Mr. Fernandez has experience in many areas of roofing, construction, restoration, and reparation projects, and understands the complex needs facing property owners, managers, and agencies.
