Ann L. Ramsey

Ann Ramsey is a partner with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. She represents purchasers, sellers, investors, property managers and lenders in the commercial real estate market, including multifamily, condominium, mixed use, office and industrial properties. Over the years, Ann has also represented borrowers and lenders in restructuring distressed real estate asset transactions. Ann began her career with a large multinational firm based in Virginia in 1981, then moved to Baltimore in 1991 and now practices in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with an emphasis on Maryland and Virginia properties. She has been active in the Maryland Bar Association, having served as the Chair of the Real Property Section among other appointments. She has been a presenter, served on panels and written course materials for several continuing legal education programs. Ann received her Juris Doctor from T.C. Bradshaw Rost

Bradshaw Rost is a senior managing partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Brian M. Grindall

Brian Grindall is a partner with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate including joint ventures, acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, development agreements, and borrower and lender representation. Brian has extensive experience representing property owners, asset managers and investors in connection with the development, sale, acquisition, and leasing of retail, residential, condominium, data center, office, industrial, mixed-use and hotel properties. In addition, Brian has substantial experience representing lenders, borrowers, and purchasers in financial workouts and restructuring of distressed real estate asset transactions. Brian previously served as general counsel to a national commercial real estate developer, where he oversaw general operations and investment and development activities associated with office, industrial, retail and residential real estate development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region ranging from New Jersey to Virginia. Caroline H. Semancik

Gregory J. Ross

J. Richard Saas is a founding partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. Throughout his tenure at Tenenbaum & Saas, Rick has represented a variety of clients in a diverse array of real estate, finance, and business transactions. His clients range from small developers and financiers to large publicly traded developers, lenders, and equity investors in all forms and complexities of transactions. Rick has always had a keen interest in helping his clients close transactions that balance risk and focus on real-world issues or concerns. Rick formed Tenenbaum & Saas with Mark Tenenbaum with the intention of creating a business-oriented firm responsive to the legal needs of complex transactions while attending to each client's business goals. Prior to the formation of Tenenbaum & Saas in early 1996, Rick was a partner at the law firm of Sherman, Meehan & Curtin in Washington, D.C. Rick also previously served as general counsel to South Charles Realty Corporation and assistant general counsel and real estate counsel to Maryland National Corporation and subsequently NationsBank Corporation where he was involved in the work-out and disposition of over one billion dollars of foreclosed real estate assets. Mark S. Tenenbaum
